Total Trust

I have been living away from Madison for ten years now, but still try to have any car repairs or service coincide with my visits there. Or even go as far as scheduling get-togethers around my car's needs. This garage is as clean as a surgery room. The people there have been there forever. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and HONEST!!! They deliver first class work and stand behind it. Their prices are very reasonable and they saved me tons of money compared to dealer's prices. A friend turned me on to Dunn's Imports and I never turned back. I have send many friends myself and never heard anything negative come back to me. Give them a try! You won't be sorry!!! Jeff Dunn is the real deal

If you own ANY import car, take it here. If you don't, buy one, so you can. Best mechanic shop anywhere. Honest, very detail-oriented, knowledgeable, innovative thinkers, it doesn't get any better than this, at any price, anywhere. Jeff Dunn will become part of your family Trust me, you cannot go wrong here, and neither can your car - Porsche, Jaguar, Saab, Mercedes, BMW, Honda, Volvo, Toyota, Ferrari, I've seen them all in their shop, with satisfied customers. If it's an import, they are the best people to fix it. If you live within driving or towing distance of Dunn's Import in Madison, WI, you absolutely need to do yourself and your car a favor and take it there when it needs service. Period.

I have a 2009 MP3 400 that I haven't ridden in about two years because there was an electrical problem that kept it from starting. I had installed HID lights, halogen driving lights, a tall windshield, heated grips, and a Corbin seat. Good or bad I have always done the work on about six bikes. Unfortunately after I had disassembled the bike for about the fifth time I was left with a pile of parts on the garage floor. Vespa of Madison picked up all of the junk within two days of my calling. They took it the 100 miles to Madison and returned with virtually a new bike. It starts and looks new! I never thought that was possible. The whole thing cost about $900 of which about $400 was just the delivery charge. They were just superb.

Jeff and his team was able to fit in a used car inspection last minute on a Friday 6/05/15 before I made a final decision on purchasing (10K A4 Audi), for Zimbrick Audi was booking out until the 23rd of June... I am still so amazed by the outstanding service/ inspection himself and his staff gave... Jeff personally spent almost a hour on the phone with me discussing want they found wrong with the Audi, which ended up putting the sale on Hold for now... for they spotted a very fresh oil leak... Jeff then continued with asking me a few questions about my current car and why I was replacing it... AMAZING SERVICE... Wow!!! I have been taking my car to Zimbrick for over 10 years and never have I received just Outstanding Service before from any of there service rep's. If I do end up buying a imported car, Jeff and his team have made a customer for life... Thanks Again Dunn's Import for your outstanding Service... THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

I love dealing with Vespa Madison. They're enthusiastic about scooters-it's the main thing, not a sideline. I feel like I'm being dealt with fairly and knowledgeably Dealership has a nice, homey feel to it as well.
