Amazing garage and service. The staff is so friendly and treated me with respect. I will definetly be back for any future repairs. I read all the comments, the positive and the negative. After reading all the negative and reading the responswes to the negative it seems like the people that posted the negative comments are the people that didnt like the price or the ones that wanted something for free. Well sad to say that not all things are free and if you cant afford to have your car fixed then ride a bike. This garage is amazing... Thank you to the staff at Paladin AUto Service

As a small business owner, I always try to support other small businesses. I am writing this on behalf of our electrician - for my home and my company. Paladin Auto Service has not paid this electrician for work he did over 3 months ago. When he calls, he is told by Paladin Auto Service the check is in the mail. If people can't pay their own bills, how are they going to treat you?

Great technical abilites to solve problems not obvious from "Codes" and very very reasonably priced ... It was a pleasure to meet these people , their techs are "Real Gear Heads" ..... I plan to always use Paladin for my auto repair needs !!! Thanks Guys !!!!

THIS SHOP IS GREAT I WENT TO THE ONE ON SIESTA LANE YEARS AGO AND THEY WERE THE BEST. TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME. THEN RECENTLY I NEEDED ANOTHER REPAIR AND I WAS ON US 19 AND SAY THE NEW OFFICE AND ONCE AGAIN I WAS EXPLAINED EVERY DETAIL AND THEY EVEN ARRANGED TRANSPORTATION..... ONE MORE THING.... AS TH E OWNER AND OPERATER OF THIS BUSINESS, I ASSURE YOU WE DO OUR BEST TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL, QUALITY SERVICE TO OUR CUSTOMERS, THE ITEMS HERE ARE BECAUSE PEOPLE , IN THIS CASE WERE FRIENDS WITH A PERSON I BEAT IN COURT FOR FALSE ACCUSATIONS, AND HAD NOTHING WHATSO EVER TO DO WITH OUR WORKMANSHIP, PROFESSIONALISM OR QUALITY OF PARTS USED IN REPAIRS. WE BUY ALL PARTS NEW, SHOW THEM TO THE CUSTOMER AND EVEN PROVIDE THEM WITH THAT PART IF THEY LIKE. THIS IS PART OF A SMEAR CAMPAIGN, AND MY LAWYER IS HANDLING THIS NOW. WE HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 29 YEARS TO DATE AND ENJOY WHAT WE DO. AS WELL AS WE LOVE TAKING CARE OF OUR CUSTOMERS. ONE OF THESE COMPLAINTS WERE BECAUSE I WOULD NOT RELEASE THE CAR WITHOUT PAYMENT. This place is awesome. You would have to be a fool to go anywhere else. I needed my brake pads replaced last minute, the day before I had to take a trip for work. No other places had an opening for me and quoted prices which were significantly higher.. For the next day, of course... That's even if the place would work on a BMW. They not only told me to come by anytime, but had me in and out in under 45 min. They made no attempt to try and sell me anything. They were pretty cool about letting me hang around the garage a bit to try and learn something about my car. The mechanic explained some things I had no clue about. The receptionist was a sweetheart too. Maps was screwing me up and she was kind enough to stay on the phone and direct me. Overall an awesome experience.

Never trust them. I bring my car for an adjustment of the compressor'belt, after paid 300 dollars they wanted to charge extra 60 for change the belt (i baying the belt). I'll never come back

By far the nicest, easiest and kindest auto shop I have ever dealt with. Not to mention, extremely well priced! I cannot believe what we got gor our money. I have used them for several repairs on our cars. I have sent many new clients their way, all have been more than pleased! I laugh at the bad reviews given. Clearly from people that were looking for a free service. You only get bad service if you give bad attitude! I stand by these people and their service to me and my cars.

We were referred by a friend to replace the alternator on our 07 Chrysler 300. We had checked arounder at different places and the price here was alot better. Not only did they save us money, they came and picked the car up and got the job done while my wife was at work! The customer service was fantastic through the entire process. I would highly recommend Paladin Auto Services to everyone!

When we lost our "regular guy" it was like rolling the dice to find a new mechanic that we felt was reasonable and trustworthy. We heard about Paladin Auto Service through a friend of a friend, and decided to take our problem vehicle in before parking it, forever. Today its my daily driver and we have since had Paladin service our other vehicle and our son's truck. Its comforting to feel confident our vehicle is going to be repaired right and even more comforting to know the costs have been fair and reasonable. We highly recommend Paladin Auto Service and our experiences keep us coming back. Their customer service is outstanding and we have felt like our business is valued. Its nice to know we have someone to call when we need them and Paladin has been there. Thanks so much for keeping us rolling!

Absolutely nothing . I have a friend that went there. And they didn't do anything to the vehicle. Absolutely nothing had been done and they charged him for DOING NOTHING I wouldn't have my GO CART fixed there. And the only reason they got 1 star is because I had to. Oh yeah BTW my friend asked up front am I going to be charged for this . They said no then when he went to get the vehicle they said you have a bill WHAT you said I wasn't getting charged they wouldn't give the vehicle back . Every one has a right to go where they want to . But I'm giving a heads up Don't !!!
