After I was hit on the side of my car I could not have been more stressed out. Kool Automotive made everything completely easy and stress-free, and my car was returned to me within the week like brand new! The front desk woman and the gentleman who filed my paperwork were the sweetest people ever which only made the experience even better. A great business going on here, wouldn't go anywhere else.

I purchased my Navigator this past March. I am completely satisfied and wonderfully impressed with the entire process including an exceptionally professional service department. Thank you Rick, Taylor and Jessica and general staff. My experience at Kool Automotive on High Street in Portsmouth was nothing short of pleasant and stress free. A special thank you to Jessica, the service department manager who not only made the unpleasant task of car repair not as painful as I have experienced in the past elsewhere. I was offered a free loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired, and when additional out of area parts were needed, a special weekend time was set up for me to return for the completion of the installation of a new radio and back up after market camera. I lost no time from work. The general staff equally showed kindness, often asking if there was anything I needed. 5 stars from me, a very satisfied customer. By the way, this was my 3rd vehicle purchased at Kool Automotive, Portsmouth Virginia over the years. Thanks again.

Recently purchased a Mercedes Benz C class. Great Service. My finance was arranged , even though I had no credit history in the USA, being a foreigner. The sales person, Mr Richard was very friendly, did a great job. All the paperwork was taken care off by Kool Automotive. I got the car for a good price and the car has been giving a good performance.
