Extremely satisfied are the only two words that come to mind when writing this review. Back in October I ran into some very basic car troubles and needed help to fix my wipers and drivers side lock. I mistakenly took my car directly to the Honda dealership, unknowingly stepping into a trap being a new car owner. After a nearly $300 ransom fee, and a long story short, the dealership wanted about $1000+ for repairs and Jay's was able to fix my car for HALF the price. They are committed to saving you money! My second experience at Jay's was just as good as the first. I needed to have my timing belt and tune up performed, and normally a service of this nature would run about 1500-3000k depending upon where you go, but not at Jay's! They fixed me up for just $1200! I really want to thank the staff, notably, Jay, Mel, Josh and Phil. Phil is one of the best mechanics money can buy! You can't go wrong! One highly satisfied customer. Would I recommend Jay's to my friends? Without hesitation!

I'm Very pleased with the service I received. Jays Auto is very honest and shop is very clean . From start to finish jays auto has very good communication when it comes to the costumer. My Cadillac was fix correctly and with recommendations to keep my car running 100%. The mechanic that I was in contact was MEL, his expertise and communication was top notch. I lived near this shop all my life and don't know why I never thought to go there. My overall experience was good! Friendly service, and very fairly priced. (especially when compared to nearby shops) The shop manager was very helpful and knowledgeable and the mechanics seemed to be working hard yet quickly as they were a little busy at the time. I agree with someone else that the waiting area was small but not much could be done with that. There was a nice, large t.v. and a restroom which was great for my two-year-old. Another plus was that they were offering in-house financing (upon approval). Even though I probably could not take advantage of it, I though that was a really nice thing for them to offer their customers knowing that car repairs are costly and many times not planned for. I will definitely consider them for any repairs or maintenance in the future.

These guys were awesome. Not only did they come in way under what two other nearby shops quoted me, they were fair and friendly, and the mechanic working on my car (Phil) actually came out and talked with me about my car and the repairs. I got over $1,000 worth of work done (that would have costed nearly double anywhere else), and I'm happy I found them to take care of it. As long as I live in Baltimore, this will be my new go-to car spot.
