My car has had many mechanics work on it recently. I have done lots of homework and been dooped many times. This morning I brought it to Fast Eddies and sadly the part was not compatible and my car requires a manufacturers part. Subaru quoted me 500 for a one sensor and my car requires u change all 3. I just left Eddies, I am one satisfied customer, everyone knows how hard it is to find Honesty, Integrity, Low prices. They said an 1 1/2 hrs. for my Car, they were right on. Very Friendly atmosphere, I love the fact that It's Family Owned & Operated. This was my first time, they gave me a break, I was a few dollars short. Fast Eddie's is absolutely amazing. I was having many car problems and as soon as I walked in they made me feel welcome. The customer service that they provide is by far the best in the Everett area! They were very quick and efficient with my vehicle. When I came to pick up my car I was very surprised on how adorable it was. They explained everything in detail and gave me corresponding paperwork. As I was leaving they gave me a fresh flower and thanked me for my business! I will always come back to them for any of my cars needs!

As a manager of an auto repair shop myself, I am pretty good at seeing right through crummy shops, technicians, and managers. Fast Eddie's has never been anything but awesome towards me and my challenging needs. This shop just finished a flawless engine swap on my 2002 Jaguar X-type which is an absolute and total nightmare requiring 30+ hours of labor and careful attention to detail so as to avoid screwing it up and buying a new car for the customer. Most shops are terrified to see any Jaguar coming, and to make mine even more challenging, its heavily tuned. Jeff and his father run an efficient, skilled, and reasonably priced shop in a challenging environment where mom and pop shops routinely fail. Furthermore, the mechanical skill of their technicians is second to none and certainly beyond those of my own technicians. Jaguar engine swap? Mercedes S-class air bag suspension faults? Problems like these can be solved by these people, and this is quite amazing for a generalist shop such as theirs. From oil changes to engine swaps, go to these guys...

I don't know who Eddie is or what he thinks is fast. I stopped here on my lunch because I had a screw in my tire and needed my tire patched. There were no other customers in the store, and there was only one other car lifted in the garage. They took my car immediately back after they had my key. My lunch is 30 minutes long and it took these guys over an hour to patch my tire. At any other tire shop, this process takes about 10 minutes. Not only did I lose 45 minutes pay for this repair, but I paid 28 dollars for a patch. All-in-all I'm out about 50 dollars because of this place. The customer service was subpar, three employees were sitting behind the desk when I walked in the door and wasn't acknowledged until I was standing at the desk. Don't come here if your time and money are important to you.

Theres a reason why this place is called Fast Eddies. Very quick service and i was out of there in less then 30 minutes every time. Having special tires is these guyses specialty. I would recommend this place to everyone i know, and would not hesitate one bit to come here again
