Lost two tires after running over debris on the road. Morgan's Auto fixed me up with 2 used tires (both in very good condition) for a great price. Had me back on the road within 20 mins. I cannot thank them enough. 5 Stars!

My experience was poor at best. First they send my car out with a young mechanic that pulls out of the establishment and jumps on the throttle, accelerating fairly hard, which acceleration testing isn't a part of the inspection. Then he comes back and I can hear the other mechanics saying "sounds like it's sure a runner". Then he leaves my car running for a ridiculous amount of time. Then they tell me my car failed. The one inspector is surprised that my check engine light wasn't on and that my car didn't have catalytic converters anymore. Well if you're such a johnny wrench turner, you'd know why. I know why! My car runs better and is in better shape than a lot of cars I see here in Maryland, yet you fail me. Give me a break! Plus to top it off they fail me for a small chip in the window which has been filled by safelite auto glass but you tell me I've gotta replace it. What a joke! Stay clear of this place.

First to give the devil it's due. when we called Morgans to come and get the car (tow), they came fairly quickly. That's the good. Morgans told my daughter that she had a blown radiator and needed a thermostat. We said fix it but we don't want to put any more money into a 94 Escort. OK. My daughters calls back at the time he said he would have it done and was told by the receptionist that the person working on her car was not there and the car had not been done, Morgans called my daughter back two days later and left a message in essence telling her he went ahead and put a water pump on it and a sensor. Said he would not charge her for the labor but had to get his money back on the parts! He acknowledges on the voice mail that he knew we didn't want to put too much into the car but he did it anyway. We are saving the voice mail of course. It was unauthorized repair and he said she would have to drive it with the air on or it would heat up again. So So a job that was supposed to 400 is now over 500 dollars because he decided to add the water pump and sensor. Of course He is not available to talk to today. Just after he left the message! Receptionist says she can't contact him. Hmmmmm. So They are holding our car until We pay over 100 dollars more than was stated and for unauthorized parts and repairs. Wow! This stuff really happens in real life! I will take this to court it feel so shady crooked, I hope not. I hope that he will at least acknowledge that he was not told to put in the parts. By Maryland law he should have called first. Or is this their game with certain people? I am hoping that this is not who you are.I am hoping to come back to this site and change my quality report to at least Fair. Right now? Morgans You get and F! Odette Manlove

Drove an hour for an inspection at Morgan's Auto. As I walk in the door for my appointment they tell me they've cancelled my appointment and won't get to it for another two days. I let them know this wasn't an option for me and only asked to be reimbursed my gas for the trip. The lady working was extremely rude, refused any type of way to remedy the situation, and told me I needed to leave. I will never recommend this place as they have some of the worst customer service I've ever seen.
