Finally!!!

I am from California, so finding a body shop that I am used to around here is impossible. Well, it was! Not anymore!! I was referred to CrashCo by my State Farm agent. This place is great. It's clean, very easy to get to and the service is fantastic! My favorite body shop by far!!

First thing he said was you don't know anything about Cars or you would know this... So because I am a female I don't know anything about cars...? Hmmm... When I first brought in my car they took an extra month on top of the two weeks he said it would take to fix it which made me have to pay for a rental car. When they were done fixing it I showed them that many things were still wrong including the paint was about five shades off. Kevin the owner told me to take a hike to the Toyota dealership so I can prove him wrong because he didn't see anything wrong with my car. Also the weather strip flys around while I drive because he did not attach it properly. I asked him to fix it, again he told me nothing was wrong. I asked him if I need to take my car somewhere else and get my lawyer to speak to him and he told me to leave that he was refusing me service. Also before all this happened he began yelling at me because my car had a little oil on the bumper. I told him that I washed my car last week and to please stop yelling at me. He then said if you want to see me tell I can show you how loud I can get.

Took my car in after an accident and when I got it back the paint from the new bumper and my car didn't match so they had to keep it longer. They also cleaned my car and moved papers I need and couldn't find. Three everything else I had in the trunk where they removed my spare tire cover and didn't even put back right just threw on top of my cargo net and tire and its bow bent. Won't be going back

Every time I bring my car in to Kevin I get great work. The last time I had an issue, he wouldn't work on it because there was a part related to my problem that was under recall. At first I was upset that they wouldn't work on it. But I realized that it's just good business practice. Because if they tried to fix it, it may have interfered with the manufacturer trying to fix what they had done. Always a good experience and never overpriced.

My dealership recommended CrashCo after I was rear ended. I got a few estimates from various shops, but went to CrashCo mostly because of the impression they left when I was there for the estimate. From the moment I walked in the door, they were the nicest repair shop I had ever been to. They also worked with the other guy's insurance adjuster, arranged for my rental, and had the adjuster do all his pics etc at the shop, so I didn't have to worry about scheduling that. I dropped my car off and they handled everything. Picked my car up yesterday and was pleasantly surprised...besides the excellent body work, they also detailed it, and gave me a thank you gift for my business. Superb customer service, great work on the car, and took all the worries off of me. When you're hurt in an accident, the last thing you want to worry about is the car damage. If I ever need body work again, I think this is the only place I will go.
