I went to NC Transmission with what I thought was a transmission problem. I talked to Daniel about the problem I was having and expressed the lack of funds that I had. Instead of charging me to do a diagnostic, we went for a drive so that he could identify the problem. He told me the problem I had and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. It was extremely nice to go to a mechanic and not be pressure into some service that I probably don't need. The staff was also very kind and I will be going back with any further vehicle problems I may have.

The owner is my father yes but I've seen him work and struggle just for a customer who would yell at him for no reason. I've also seen his technicians work yes they are a bit slow but at the end they'll do anything and everything to fix your car. From what I've seen they are fantastic.

We have been taking all our cars to NC transmission for the past few years. They are so honest! If work is not necessary they let you know. We trust them with everything from oil changes to more extensive issues. We will never take our cars anywhere else.

I will not take my vehicle any where else. Daniel and his crew have been my mechanic for the last 3 years and they are amazing. Being a woman, I hate when I go into a shop and get treated like I don't know what's going on or get taken advantage of. This is not the case at NC Transmission. Daniel and his crew treat me like one of the guys. If I don't understand something they break it down for me. Plus their fees are amazing too! I called around for quotes on a few things that I needed fixed over the last 3 years and Daniel always beats anyone else's price. Needless to say I don't call around for quotes anymore.
