Haven't even picked my truck up but yet but am already so impressed with them. They are an honest shop and show their customers nothing but professionalism and curtesy! They work hard to get you results and I'm so appreciative. I'm sure once I get my truck back I will be a very happy customer and glad that I have finally found a place to bring my cars for years and a place to refer for friends! I highly recommend!!

From the past few times going to Dano's, I have always left knowing my car was in great hands and running better then it did. They give great customer service, and are very knowledgeable when troubleshooting the possible issue that can be wrong with the vehicle even before its in there possession. WOW, what a rip off!! Shady business happening here, under the table for sure. They only accept cash, but they don't tell you this before you need to pay. So I walked in and ordered new tires with them. They came the next day. He works on my car, finishes, and charges me $250 for two tires plus labor. He "writes" my receipt on his computer which is complete with completely FALSE information. He wrote the tires wrong, completely misspelling them. He also put under vehicle that my truck is a 2002 PT Cruiser but NOPE I drive a 1998 Chevy Blazer. What the hell? So now I'm worried that he put the wrong tires on my truck because he obviously doesn't know what he's doing. Both Nick (younger guy) and his business are VERY unprofessional. He then proceeds to tell me that he only accepts cash, and I told him that he never told me that. He put a cheeky grin on his face and pointed up at a plastic sign that says "we don't accept checks" with a piece of tape over it written in sharpie that says "or credit cards". Like sorry dude I don't read your wall prior to placing an order with you. He refused to accept my card unless I paid EXTRA. So I needed to go back to my house to get cash, which is over a half hour away. He proceeds to call me every 15 minutes and, much to my horror, began to curse me out over the phone. He lost his temper, spewing curse words which honestly scared me because I am a 22 year old girl who is only 5'2. Unsurprisingly, I was afraid to go back and needed to have a family member do it for me. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. And did I mention the fact that as he was finishing my tires he comes in and tries to tell me that my back brakes are broken. Listen, I may be a female but I'm NOT a dumbass. He told me that he would do my back brakes for $280!!!! That's for pads and rotors (just for the back, not the front) and he said "$100" labor. Is he a NUTJOB? Who charges $280 for back breaks. Give me a break! I do NOT recommend.

I just came back from "Dano's Auto Clinic" to get an inspection done. they told me I needed new breaks to pass inspection. I knew I didn't need new breaks cause I always check myself before an inspection, but I was stuck cause this was the only day I could get this inspection done... so I told them to do it but I also asked if I could have my old break pads back afterward. When I went back I measured my old break pads in front of them and showed them that the break pads were in fact fine, and meet inspection standards. The guy that did the inspection just smiled at me and said "would you like me to put them back on?" so they got $300 for a break change I did not need!!! ....DONT GO TO DANOS IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!
