Had to give me an estimate broke off the coolant sensor so its head screws missing it screws loose call them ask for the owner time to call me he never called me backe I just think and you think you can fix it for 1100 dollars you can't even take it apart and put back together Horton recommend anybody taking their car here at the certified transmission tim waterford owners name is Tim

I have been doing business with certified transmission for several years now. Starting with a Trans rebuild on my 1998 Chevrolet Astro. Still running great! Since then. I have been back several times. With various different issues. On the van, and my other auto 2006 Jeep Liberty. Each time. I have always been given an honest evaluation. And a very reasonable repair charge. I don't bother checking around for a repair service anymore. I will continue doing business with certified transmission! It's great to have a repair shop that I can count on. And not worry about being ripped off. Thanks to all the guys at certified!

I had the best experience I've ever had dealing with the workers at this establishment. They were very friendly and very quick to get me in and repair my vehicle . I was very impressed with how knowledgeable their technicians are. I trust these guys hands down with all my vehicles. They were honest and seemed like they actually wanted to fix my car rather then up sale me on everything. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I bought a used vehicle that had several issues after the fact. I needed to have the transmission replaced or repaired and I had to deal with my warranty company who were difficult at best and no one wanted to deal with them because of all the requirements and processes involved. A friend recommended Certified Transmission, it was the best service and once the warranty company approved the work my car was back and running like a new car. You guys are awesome.

Tim and Joe are honest, trustworthy and do quality work. Hands down a great experience from the customer service to the complete repair. I have a 06 Escape that needed a transmission replacement. When inquiring, Tim did much more than give me a fair price. He took the time to explain the different options as well as informing me of the current milage of the used transmission they would install. I decided to have them do the rebuild and they finished it in a very timely manner. I couldn't be happier...she's running like a champ.

I cannot be happier with the service I have received at Certified Transmission!! They have been doing all the repairs to my vehicle(ranging from a leak on my fuel rail to a bad fan relay switch) and I REFUSE to take it anywhere else. The staff is friendly and honest. They have gone out of their way to drive me to work and even delivered my car to work after the repairs were completed! I recommend Certified Transmission to anyone who is having car trouble

I was referred by a work colleague and not disappointed. The two best attributes of a mechanic in my opinion is honesty and fair prices. Joe and Tim have taken care of me for a long time now everything from trans rebuild to simple stuff. Always honest and competitive prices. I drive a ways to go here because they are trustworthy and do what it takes to make you happy.

Tim is the absolute best mechanic you could hope for! You cannot get a more honest mechanic while still remaining professional and fast. He has saved me hundreds of dollars over the few years I've been going here and has done the same for many of my friends and family members. Best prices and service around by far! Everyone who works here is friendly and Tim, the owner, is awesome and always takes the time to explain everything he did (or didn't do to save me money) in a way that's easily understood and my car knowledge has even expanded thanks to him.
