They told us they would look at it on a Monday......Had our car there for 5 days.... They looked at it once! Picked it up on a Friday; what a waste of time! If you can't do the job in a timely fashion let us know and we will take it to someone who can! Sharing multiple sites.

Compared to other places that do oil changes and auto repair, this place is awesome. I'd recommend this place to anybody in Coopersburg. The prices are affordable and they are honest about car problems. The people that work there are also very friendly. I highly recommend this place. It's more affordable than other auto shops on the Route 309 strip.

It was an okay experience at best.... took my truck in for inspection, made an appointment and everything. Was quoted 30 minutes most.I left, asked him to give me a call when its done. An hour later I came back and it was done. It wouldve been nice if he called me as requested. Not a terrible experience but I'd definetly recommend Smiths just down the road Ive had much better with them

I'm new to the area and came in today after my check engine light turned on and was very happy with the personable service and care taken diagnosing the problem. It's not difficult to tell this is a salt-of-the-earth, honest, family business that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend this business

Rip OFF! My car was making noise going up hills. He told me I needed a new transmission. He installed it. I got about a mile from his shop when the car started making the same noise! He then said he needed it another day and vaguely said it needed adjustment! When asked, he never really said what adjustment was made. After a year the car started making the same noise! I took it to another shop and guess what, It was not the transmission! A simple, cheap cooling system fix was all that was needed! My new mechanic said it probably never needed a new transmission! Bob's so called "needed fix" cost a lot of money. The real fix was very cheap. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this shop unless you have money to throw away!
