DitY auto repair is an amazing place with top-notch people, immaculate facilities, all the equipment you will EVER need to do a job, and an extremely responsive and professional customer service cadre. Throw in reasonable pricing and a very friendly (non-intimidating) working environment on top of all that and you have a winning formula for my business! I HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking to save MAJOR $$$ on automotive repairs, maintenance, and specialty upgrades to any vehicle. You will not find a better place to work on your car or bike in the USA!

Went there to change oil and filter myself because I don't trust dealers. Friendly people, modern facilities, and the price includes access to some excellent tools and oil draining pans. I was told that there is no discount for returning customers despite the website stating this at the moment of writing, but I was given 10% discount for subscribing to an SMS mailing list. Highly recommended.

Priced incorrectly, machanic wanted to charge 1.8 hrs to replace rightside upper ball joint on 2007 jeep jk and 1.8 hrs to replace rightside lower ball joint which would only be an additional 5 mins. I mean if your replacing the top ball joint and with tools in hand you can't replace lower ball joint just 4 inches below upper ball joint then maybe you ought not be doing the job in the first place

I moved to Orlando a while back and when it was time to change the oil in my car, I began looking for a place just like DIY and I found it. I served in the Army for 8 years and those who served know about the garage the Army has for its soldiers to work on their cars. I was there all the time working on my car and I enjoyed it so when I found DIY in Kissimmee I was very happy. The guys at DIY in Kissimmee are very helpful and very friendly. They even give you advice or even teach you if there is something you don't know when fixing your car. I'm going there tomorrow by the way.

I am very happy with this shop! I spent just under two hours changing my own alternator and saved over $200. There were a couple times when I ran into a little snag and the guys in the shop were more than willing to help me figure it out. Hopefully, I won't have car issues any time soon but when I do, I'll go back to DIY! Thanks!

We came in there on a sudden "check engine light" ..soon after we lost all acceleration and could not gain speed. Being that we are currently driving from AZ to Key West Fl. It was a terrible time to happen.. Diy auto was the closet mechanic shop to us so we got it to them. Without hesitation (being that it is definitely not your standard repair shop with it's DIY aspect) they did a diagnostic check and a quick repair that did the job. They did not try to talk us into work we didn't need or try to price gouge us knowing we were in a desperate situation. Oscar was kind and knowledgeable and eager to help.
