Tim is great!

Tim has been working on my vehicles for about 3 years now. He does an excellent job everytime and is an outstanding person, with great character. He has gone above and beyond what other mecs have done and I am always satisfied. Tim is the only person I fully trust with my babies!

I took my van to Tim and he did a great job at replacing the parts. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I was hesitant to even call a mechanic but Tim treated me like a person instead of just a woman that didn't know anything. I would recommend him to anybody. Thanks!

When we were stumped and had no clue what was wrong with my A.C., we searched around for someone to fix it. After insane price quotes and rediculous requests to leave the car for 3 hrs just to diagnose, I was told by a friend to try Tim's. So happy I came by! Less than an hour my car was not only diagnosed, but fixed!! You're amazing!

Best Mechanics in Michiana. Short staffed, but great work at a fair price. A family owned, old fashioned shop. Lot space minimal, because business is busy. My first visit, a starter problem a few years ago on an '02 Chevy. Took an hour of labor time, waited in the shop seating area and saved $100. The shop phone rang every minute it seemed. Very popular place for repairs, absolutely. Recently had a throttle body issue on my '12 Chevy, new car break down. Made an appointment, took 2 days to get in then the part had to be ordered. 2 days for delivery, so it was immobile for 4 days. No biggie, because I received another professional repair in return for a really great cost. Tim showed me the old part and talked to me about why it went bad. Saved about $600. They may not get it done in a single 8 hour day, but v.s. the Corporate shenanigans, hands down Tim's small business is highly recommended. Basic maintenance I don't want to do, I take it to Tim's as well. They stand behind their work and it's a good hearted family of 5. Hundreds of customers from all walks of life, towns, cities & states.

Anytime we need service we go to Tim. Anytime I hear of someone needing repairs, I highly recommend Tim. He truly is the last of a dying breed. It is hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays, but Tim is your guy. I won't go anywhere else. Thank you Tim and your staff for excellent service through the years!

Trustworthy auto shop! I had no idea what was going on with my car. All I knew was the tire was making a miserable noise and it was shaking whenever I braked. I was able to make a same day appointment and when I got there the mechanic asked that he drive it a bit to get a feel for it. We didn't even get out of the parking lot before he diagnosed the problem. I had the tires rotated a couple days before and the tech either forgot to tighten the lug-nuts. One lug-nut was gone, the other four were barely hanging on and the tire was about to fall off. They got the nuts tightened and tire back on and had me out the door in 10 minutes. Even more, they didn't charge me a dime. It would have been easy for them to charge me a diagnostic fee, tightening the nuts, and putting the tire back on or worse to make up some problem; but they didn't. I'll definitely be back.

Absolute worst experience, NO customer service. Called Mon morning, was told to bring my car in & they would look at it that evening so I did. Never heard from them. Call Tues morning, was told since I didn't make an appt he was just gonna work it in when he had the time, even though I DID make an appt the day before. I was never told that it would be three days before he would be able to look at it. It is now Wed afternoon, he finally diagnosed it, said he would order parts but hasn't done it yet & Tim doesn't know why I keep calling him. When I asked if he's just too busy, he got an attitude & told me to just come pick it up he doesn't feel like dealing with it. Should've just told me when I called that they were booked instead I wasted money on towing it there & now have to waste more money towing it elsewhere because he "doesn't feel like it." UPDATE: All Tim did after 3 days was pull the code for the check engine light which was NOT the reason my car wouldn't start. He was going to charge me $400 for something that would not even fix the issue.

Tim and his team just replaced the breaks on my vehicle and once again they did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price.
