I recently stopped at their shop to get my Transmission flushed. I have a 2008 Ford Explorer. After getting three different diagnostics on my truck I found out that was all I needed done to my truck. I dropped my truck off at Mike's Automotive for Service, at that time he fabricated repairs and suggested services that I did not require. After Mr. Mike completed the Transmission Flush and returned my vehicle to me MY TRUCK EXPERIENCED ISSUES AND HAD SENSOR LIGHTS FIRING OFF THAT WERE NOT INITALLY HAPPENING BEFORE I dropped off my vehicle. Two weeks after he returned my vehicle to me my truck borke down. I brought my vehicle back to me Mr. Mike for a diagnositic of the issue he then told me that my TRANSMISSION went out and it would be and additional $1800 repair after I had issued a payment of $160 for a transmission flush two weeks prior. My vehicle was still under fiance so I contacted my dealership to pick up my vehicle to transport my truck to the service department their to personally make the repairs. Once Mr. Mike understood that I would not be requiring him to make the repairs, he refused to release my truck stateing that I had to pay him $450 dollars for him removing my transmission. To remove a transmission takes about a hour and a half, most mechanics charge $75 per hour for service. That's about $150-$250 depending on the mechanic. All of my belonging were inside of the truck. When I had gotten paid I contacted Mr. Mike so that I may retrive my purse and Id to cash my check to make the payment on my truck. He spoke to me very poorly, extremely unprofessional. Mr. Mike cursed me out and non-chalantly taughted me stating he would not release "sh**T, and F**K me pay him". I contacted my dealership and they paid Mr. Mike $1200 to repair my vehicle. I just got my vehicle back today and the dealership advised me that they would have to replace my battery because it had apparantly been replace(stolen) with a completely dead battery and some of my parts had been swapped with and older modle car.....DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS MAN. HE IS UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL, AND A THEIF. ...The reviews are true.

This is Mike owner of Mikes Transmission and i do not use old parts on transmissions. I replace or rebuild them. Every business will have a customer who will not be satisfied and I strive to do my best to make my customers happy. I will do anything in my power to make sure the job is done correctly. If there is a problem i am more then happy to fix it at no cost if warrentied. i am a family owned business and have been here for over 20 years. we also do automotive work on your engines, tune-ups, oil leaks, ect. if anyone is not satisfied please come back and i will make sure the job gets done right. Worst shop you could ever take your vehicle to I had to keep dropping my truck off and it still isn't fixed,it kept leaking and my fwd wouldn't engage ,I don't recommend mikes transmission at all they do a poor job and lie , I don't even think there employees are certified
