I was very happy with my service. Turns out my father backed into my car and fully cracked my bumper, knocked off the grill and dented the hood (sonata vs colorado truck... we know who wins). I didnt want to involve our insurance companies since it was my dad so I went in search for another auto-body shop that is most cost effective within my area. Lucky for me, I found Lucky's. It took them about a week to fix it but they were willing work with me around my job schedule so that I could pick up my car and drop it off. They also called a couple of times to update me on what was happening. Overall, the price was fair too. I would go back.
So why the loss of a star, I was given a quote of which my final charge was 200 more than expected. But still the price was not outside of fairness.

A genuine care for your car like the way you do, when I went to get the Crome fittings done I went of many options but it was only at Luckys that got the best quote and equally good service, and when there was a small door fixing to be done Luckys lived up to the mark again. A genuine "Mom & Pop" operatio...

A genuine "Mom & Pop" operation where you will be treated like family. Several family mishaps have been cured here along with classic car detailing. Joe is the only guy I trust to repair my vehicles, he will bend over backwards dealing with insurance companies to make you happy. He has life-long experience in the trade and is a serious car guy. No I'm not a relative or employee, I have high standards for my vehicles and Joe knows how to keep them looking great. Jim E.

Went to Lucky's for a fix on m...

Went to Lucky's for a fix on my driver side door. I expected about a $300 estimate and got the call. "We were able to fix the door -no charge at all. " that is some honesty and a concern for the customer. Think I'll go there next time I need work?-you bet. Highly recommend.

What you need

Quick quote, very reasonable price, nice folks, completed on time, job well done, extras included - like the car was clean! I would recommend Lucky's to everyone including my parents - and I already have! This is who you need if you unfortunately are in need of collision repair.

This place is great! When my son's older car was in an accident this was the only place that would fix it to be drivable again, which was all that we needed given the age of the car. Work was well done in the time frame promised and the price was exactly what we were quoted. I would recommend them to anyone.

I dropped my car here after replacing transmission, bumper, and so much more at Toyota Serra (over $5,000) in Farmington Hills after the unfortunate incident, hitting a big ice chuck on the middle of the road. Toyota Serra did not fix my car completely (just replaced parts) so my car alignment looked so funny and weird, because Toyota just put them back without aligning them correctly even they did not fix the damaged body next to side mirror. Also, Luck found out that Toyota put the bigger size of tire back during a repair (because after Toyota put everything incorrectly, the original tire cannot fit in so that my car was stayed at Luck over one month because a horrible fight between Toyota and my insurance company (Finally, we got the new tire thanks to Lucky). Lucky was nice and decent during the whole mess. I cannot guarantee that Lucky will give you the most shortest turnaround because there are a lot of factors involved in it, but I can guarantee that you will feel that you are talking to the decent people, not trying to steal your money or, making an excuse in order to take advantage of you. What I heard is that they are family business and one of the walls displays the appreciations through all years. Trust me, They are good.

I backed in to my son's car in the driveway and damaged both bumpers. I brought the cars to Lucky's expecting the worst. We literally left that day with both cars repaired for $80! They could have charged my 10 times that amount and I would have believed them! Honest, friendly, and fast! Is this even possible? -LMK, Farmington Hills

Have used Lucky's for years Eric and Joey know me well they have restored my olds 88, my Acura and my mustang GT love this place they do wonderful work and treat you like family almost forgot, they have worked on my Ford Ranger as well take your vehicles here you won't be disappointed
