Alex gave amazing service, even though I wasn't a customer! He ran several diagnostic tests on the battery pack of my Toyota Prius, and he helped me decide what to do, and it was all free! He didn't charge me for anything. He was very, very helpful.

This business was recommended to me by a fellow Prius owner. I've been there three times and I would highly recommend it. Alex is the owner and he has already saved me over $1,000, in repair fixes. First he identified my combined meter problem and advised me my car was still under warranty (even after 7 years), so he saved me money there. He knew Toyota had extended the warranty on that issue. He then fixed my air conditioning problem for hundreds less than the dealership estimated. He is very knowledgeable on all aspects of my Prius and he deals with other hybrids as well. I'd highly recommend him as both an incredibly knowledgeable service tech and a very honest businessman.

Touring package headlight went out. Requires dropping the bumper to replace. Alex did it in 20 minutes at one-third the cost of the dealership. Well worth it.

Simply AWESOME!!! Unparalleled service. Called late on a Sunday afternoon, yet Alex took the time not only to talk to me but even confirmed symptoms I didn't describe to him, he really knows his stuff. Came all the way to my driveway the next day and in one hour the car was fixed. Most importantly, the price for the service an convenience was the lowest (as I found out afterwards). They got my business so long as I own a hybrid.

The hybrid battery went bad on my 2004 Toyota Prius. The Toyota dealer quoted me a price of $3600. I found Exclusively Hybrid on the internet. When I called them I talked to Alex. He explained to me how the vehicle works, why I shouldn't drive it with a bad battery, and why it is not safe. I brought the car to his shop the next day. He replaced the battery in an hour, and only charged me $890. He also gave me a great deal on all the maintenance. I definitely suggest calling Exclusively Hybrid before getting any work done on your hybrid car.

Excellent service. Honest, helpful and quick. Alex got my 2007 prius back on the road the same day and saved me a ton of money versus the dealer service quote for a hybrid battery replacement. I highly recommend Alex for any hybrid vehicle service.
