My transmission busted for the 3rd time this year and I called quality towing, the towing company provided by my warranty. I sat and waited in the target parking lot for 3 HOURS and the truck never showed. I called and they claimed that the truck would be there in 15-20 minutes. 45 minutes later.... Still no truck. By now I've walked in and out of target 4 times, I'm almost in tears and I finally call and cancel the tow. I got a ride home and after a much needed nap, I called h&s towing. I told them I could be at my car in 20 minutes, they said they'd meet me there. Sure enough, not even 5 minutes after I'd arrived, Kevin was there. It took about 8 minutes for him to load up my car and get the paperwork done and now we're headed home to paint some flower pots. :) definitely turned my day around. Thanks Kevin! And thanks h&s towing!

Their phone service was quite rude, but their arrival time was quick. Once the tow guy arrived, he asked to see my insurance. I come to find that they only served those who are insured with State Farm... So the guy told me that there was nothing he could do about my car. I was so frustrated, they never asked about my insurance when I had talked to them over the phone. Anywho, on the positive side, I'm glad I didn't do any business with a company who fails to clarify any important information.
So again, let me clarify for those in need of a tow in case they fail to ask about insurance, they only work with ***State Farm insurance***

Never have I been treated more like family. Every one is so nice, the tow guy gets there fast, the estimate was fair and the work was done on time. One of the things that I really like is that they deal with the insurance company for you.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called this business regarding personal items that were stolen from my vehichle. Of course, they denied taking any of my property. I asked if this was a common occurrence and noted that he was getting very defensive. He yelled at me and then hung up on me. Not only are they unprofessional, they are theives. Do not give your business to this group of dishonest people.

These people drive like douchebags. Almost caused an accident because they couldn't get off our ass on an off ramp. They were clearly driving unsafe. Also speeding down Olive Drive going about 70 MPH.

I'd call H&S before anyone. I have AAA and once exhausted my allowed tows H&S was to me within 15 minutes on side of freeway. Before AAA I had 3 different occasions to call H&S for towing and all were excellent. Once heading out on a Saturday for vacation our boat lost a bearing. H&S towed the boat to repair shop and gave our truck a jump that had died on the side of road. Courteous drivers and clean trucks. They've been in business for years and are trusted and support our community.
