I have been searching for an honest mechanic and finally found one. I've taking my vehicle to RGR a few times and have been more than happy with the fair price and the timely fashion of a complete job. I will tell all my friends and family to bring their vehicles to RGR.

Went to RGR Autoworks for new ball joints on my 1999 F150 truck. He did a great job and explained every step with me. I would not go anywhere else. He finish the work in a decent amount of time. And very reasonable price. RGR Autoworks has a forever customer.

A 4 hour ride took me 7 hours from breaking down every so many miles..... Took my car in to Rgr Autoworks and not only did he find the problem but fixed it within 20 minutes... now she's driving like a scalded Ape, better then it ever did!...!! If your looking for an honest, dependable and the job done right THIS WOULD BE THE PLACE RGR AUTOWORKS.... ask for Rob Rayer!!! Thank you again, you WILL be the only Mechanic under my hood!!!! Hahahaa Great job, thank you!!!! Yes, I am willing to drive from Jacksonville to Tampa for any Auto problems I have and my Husband is concidering bringing his work trucks down also.... I was referred to RGR by a friend who had a great experience with her repair. I was told by my dealership that I needed some extensive service which was going to cost me some major $$ so I took my car in to get a quote from Rob, which was 1/3 of what I was going to pay! The awesome part of this experience is I really didn't need to have the work done because it wasn't as critical as I was previously told! Rob could have done the work and I wouldn't have known any different. But he took the time to explain all the whys and I saved a lot of money! Honest, polite, straightforward....would highly recommend his service to all my friends and family! Thanks Rob for making my day!

Recommended by a co-worker, I am always skeptical. But I must admit, Rob, (the owner/operator) is not only very personable, but more than fair, honest and not looking to make a quick buck off of people that aren't mechanically inclined. He saved me so much money by actually taking the time to examine my car thoroughly. I had seen 3 other specialty shops and they all gave me the same diagnosis. I took it to RGR Autoworks only to see if he could do the same repair only a bit cheaper. Come to find out the repair wasn't what was told to me at all. He fixed it right there and then and for next to nothing. Honest, and fast. A trait you don't find a lot these days. I will go to this man for all of my auto repairs/maintenance. Thanks Rob!!
