I had them repair a chair cushion. Send photos and asked 2 times if they could match the color, they said yes. They quoted me a price, after taking it to them, they asked for much higher stating that the repair looked larger than the photo. Fine i paid. They tried 2 time and the color does not match. Its quite obvious. No refund or discount offered, even after inquiry. Now i need to buy 2 new chairs
