As a female, I dread going to the mechanic. With this place I am confident I am not being cheated. The owner works the computer and he is super kind! Always quick in and out! Go mom and pop business! Thanks guys for a great place to bring my car!!!

Do not take your car to these thieves! I had a car towed there for an estimate and when it turned out the estimate was too high and I didn't want them to the work they charged me almost $300 to store the car while I was waiting for them to give me an estimate. The car was towed in on Friday afternoon so they charged me for Friday, Saturday, Sunday Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. They give me a preliminary estimate and said they would need to look under the car for more work Tuesday I called and they hadn't done it yet. They call me back Wednesday morning with the estimate when I said it's too high they charged me almost $300 to "store" the car while I was waiting on my "free" estimate. That's the same as saying sit down enjoy a free meal and then when the check comes they charge you $200 to sit in the chair. Do not use their service! Stay away you have been warned!

OVERCHARGES/UNTRUSTWORTHY

My car was running when it went in, didn't when it left. I was quoted a price for the job, then was told by the owner that it would be $300 more (which was more expensive than the dealership prices!) I said no thanks- I'll take it elsewhere. They still charged me $400 for 'diagnosing' and when I picked up my car, it didn't run at all because they didn't put everything back together! These are the kind of guys that give auto repair a bad name!

I have been taking my wife's and my cars to Creason since 1985. The service has always been excellent, reasonably priced, and fast. Creason employees are great people to work with. I recommend Creason very highly.
