Great service, very personable, no "upsell" and very professional. Aram runs a great repair center and Im glad to have him as our go to shop when something is up on our cars.
Very good follow up while the car is being looked at, his inspections are thorough and his recommended items to look at are never upsold. Very honest and totally recommended.

The cable on the clutch of my tracker detached, which really isn't a big deal because all I have to do is reach underneath and reconnect it by hand. It takes less than thirty seconds to do and it's only a mild inconvenience. But, since that's only a temporary fix, the next time it detached I decided to take it in and see if somebody could fix it for me permanently.
I took it into Aram's, and I told them the issue. A few days later, I picked it up, they told me they fixed it, charged me 120 bucks (which I thought wasn't way too bad a deal at the time), and then a few days after that it detached again. They didn't fix anything. They charged me 120 bucks to do something I could do myself in less than thirty seconds.
I asked them if they could actually fix the problem for me, not to just do the same exact thing I was already doing myself all along. Anyways, my dad came to visit me a few weeks later, he took a look at it, and he fixed the issue with a zip tie in less than two minutes.
So I'm down 120 bucks over an issue they didn't even fix, that could've been resolved with a zip tie.
These guys have mostly positive reviews on yelp, so maybe it was just me who had a bad experience, but next time I'll get more detail on what exactly it is they did to my car before I just take their word for it that it's fixed, so I can be sure that they didn't just do something I could've done myself in a few minutes.

I have to say I'm all for supporting small business but I have never been more disappointed than I am as not only did it cost more money than what it would have cost me to have it repaired at the BMW dealership but it also took twice the time to repair a water pump.
When I asked how come there bill was higher than the dealer Billie simply said Aram sets the price and was sorry with no gesture to even match the dealership price (mind you they said the dealer is always higher in price when I dropped off the car). To make a long story short their labor cost is like $20 less per hour but it takes them longer to fix things for whatever reason and so therefore you end up paying more.
So I said fine I pay because I need my car but that will be the last time we ever do business and nothing was said.
To top it all off they didn't reset the service light which took another 15 minutes and me standing out side in the heat at temperatures over 100 degrees. Needless to say I will never go anywhere other than the dealer for any work I need on my BMW.

Great customer service, but very expensive. Almost 1300 to replace my water pump?! I did it myself for not even 130. They also "recommend" changing my fluid and filters even though I had done it myself the morning before. But every auto shop does that. So, regardless of price, I give 3 stars because the customer service is great!

These guys are real pros. Love the service and they baby my baby (my '04 Toyota Tacoma V6 SR5) more than I do!! Vincent was awesome in communicating exactly what was necessary and got me road-ready to head back to the Bay (yes...i come down specifically for them to work on my truck, people - they're THAT good!)
Marty has worked on my truck when I've been in there and he's DY-NO-MITE as JJ would say. Gives me all the info on what's needed, what he did, how he did it..and the big question...WHY. This is key...for me, at least. They meet and exceed all expectations when it comes to servicing my vehicle and also to customer service. Primo!! I will be back in a few months, guys - don't miss me too much while I'm gone!!

Arams Auto is amazing! I have been to many shops for car issues and they are by far the best to work with. Vincent was especially helpful when working with my warranty, and keeping me up-to-date on everything that was going on with my clutch. I especially appreciated the fact that they gave me a follow up call a few days after I'd picked it up to check and see how my car was driving. They are great to work with and really care about the customer and the quality of their work! I'd recommend them to anyone!

I was really pleased with the level customer service and quality of work that was performed. I took my wife's car in for an oil change and a serpentine belt replacement. The price quoted to do the work was reasonable and more importantly the price I paid after the work was completed was the same as what was quoted. They also performed a complimentary safety check and made recommendations on items that should be addressed at future service intervals. I highly recommend Aram's for your auto care needs.

I am kind of new to the Fresno area and was very worried when my Jeep wouldn't start, that I wouldn't be able to find a good mechanic that I could trust. From the time that I first called them to the time that I drove my Jeep out of the lot, there was nothing but very courteous and professional service. Aram fixed my Jeep at a VERY reasonable price and went beyond the call by doing a thorough inspection. I'm fairly savvy with vehicle repair and maintenance; that being said I took my vehicle in for a list of repairs. The estimates were right on target, and when a few additional parts were needed (I thought the might be) they gave me extremely competitive pricing on OEM parts. Im very hard to please but I give them 5 stars without a doubt. Repair was done in March of 2013, about a month ago.

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Aram Automotive. I brought my Ford F-150 in to have a problem with the engine looked at. I've had problems with spark plugs cracking and causing cylinders to stop working. They determined that this was the problem again. I received a call saying that it would be $350.00 or so to fix that. He also said that my belt needed to be replaced and oil and power steering fluid needed to be replaced. Also stating that my shocks were leaking. He wanted to put some oil treatment in my engine. Figuring since it was already there and to give him some business I said yes to everything but having my shocks replaced. He said it would be $750.00, I thought that was a little high but agreed if everything would be done right. Driving my car home it felt rough and then kept stalling every time I stopped at a light or stop sign. I would not bring my car back ever!!!!

This shop overcharges for everything. Super annoyed with this shop. My son was having transmission problems which was under warrantee but instead they said they needed to fix the engine before they can diagnose the transmission. They didn't deal with the problem. We told them to left it alone. So they charged him $54 just to open the hood. Oh excuse me to scan the computer. My regular mechanic doesn't charge me for that.

Wife's car stopped suddenly while in Fresno, Ca. AAA suggested Arams auto repair shop. They took my wife's car in immediately & diagnosed it, made necessary repair & she was able to return home to Turlock, CA with no problems. If we lived in Fresno, CA, Arams would be our regular mechanic. Awesome job Arams! Thank you for keeping my wife & son safe on the road. We found them to be honest & quick on our repair.
