My daughter attends college at Humboldt State she was on her way back down to Southern California and her van would not start, to make a long story short, the mechanic removed the starter and soldered on a loose connection on the starter, out the door price was 65 bucks. Thank you for not over charging a collage student.

Knapek's Auto Electric is a customer friendly and honest business! Top shelf service like this is hard to find. I needed to test the alternator and battery of a track mounted drill. Dennis took the time to immediately respond to my problem, used his knowledge and fine tuned testing machines to help me determine that the alternator and battery were both in good condition. That helped me identify what the real problem was. Dennis followed up the next day on my cell phone to see if I was able to figure out the source of the problem. I would recommend everyone to call Knakpk's if you need auto electric services.

Amazing!

Im honestly shocked at how these guys act just like the arrogant rude doctors around here.. wi know your in high demand but hold a standard for yourself. Everyone should be treated equaly.. Age.. Sex.. Color. Title. no manners..like ur bothering them even though your are more than willing paying them and be grateful even so.. for their time. Its not like im asking you to do me a favor. I just asked if he was slammed like everyone else or might have sometime to look at something for me. Im a care giver.. Vehicles both down and no way to get my ninety year old from the hosp. For real. Somehow i got back from dude.. he felt i hadn't dealt w it in a timely manner (why the hell would he assume that) and that on another day he might consider but not today! Maybe he thought i was someone else idk So.. Ok... Then another day?? Wtf? K nevermind. Man eureka. Why's everyone so f***ing rude
