I got a fix it ticket because my rear taillights were smoked out. No one wanted to remove the tint because it was painted onto the taillights.
After being turned down by 4 different places Chase Auto Body Shop came to the rescue!
They were able to remove the tint without suggesting that my only option was to replace my taillights (like the other establishments.)
They were friendly, fast and affordable.
I will take my car back if it ever needs anything else.

I backed up into a pole while pulling out of a parking lot and damaged the rear end of my car. the truck, rear bumper, and a driver side tail light needed to be replaced/repaired. I took my time and read bunch of reviews and called and compared prices with different body shops in my neighborhood. after looking at some before and after pictures of chase I gave them a try.
Honestly i couldn't tell if my car has ever been in an accident before or not once my car was ready to be picked up. I was in shock how much of a clean job they did to my car i had to double check my license plates to see if its actually my car. honest and reliable from the second i walked in to the shop. Their prices are GREAT with the amazing work they put out.
After this incident I now know where my go to body shop would be, with so many other body shops and competition out there its very VERY difficult to find that HONEST and reliable body shop to go to.

I mean I don't know where to start from, these guys do a incredible job!! I gave them my 1997 bmw m3 to restore the exterior, man I gotta tell you they took their time and effort on the car.. Did an amazing job painting the whole car, they used extremely good Clear coat and good paint. The car looks like I got it brand new from the dealership! Every ding and dent on that car was fixed. They're very friendly people and they treated my car like it's their own, they got my car fixed and ready in no time! I highly recommend this place to anyone that needs their damages fixed.

I came to Chase hoping to find a shop that focused on quality and affordable pricing; without a doubt, that is exactly what I found. My VW CC had a horrible dent with some scratches on it on the passenger door after ramming into a pole. I called Chase and asked for a quote that ended up beating the quotes I received from other shops in the area. Although I received a great quote, I was concerned as to whether they would finish the job on time considering that I would only be in LA for about 5 day before I left back to Santa Barbara. To my surprise, the car was ready in only 3 short days after I brought it in. The quality of the job is absolutely amazing. Not only did I receive great customer service, but also an excellent and speedy job. Thank you so much Chase! My baby couldn't be beautiful again without you guys!

I hope all your customers see that you even bring in talking about people's families into the picture that's so professional of you good job. And you guys are the lucky ones that I'm not pressing charges on you for stealing parts from my car I never said if anything happens to my car its your body shops fault but what happened from the day I got it from your shop certainly is. You have no right talking about my family it shows how professional your shop truly is and I hope your customers truly see that. Its funny they private message me from the business calling me crazy and talking about my family and then they block me so that I can not respond this is how the shop Works people so before you take your cars to them I suggest you really think about that.

I have been to this shop 3 times for work to be done on my car. Unfortunately for me, the first two times were because of terrible accidents. The body work they did on my 1999 car made my car shine brighter than newer cars. Also I told them I was going to need my car for an upcoming trip and they put the extra effort to finish my car in time. 5 star service and 5 star pricing. Absolutely incredible.

This father and son shop is amazing. They saved me so much! My outback sport door was smashed by some jerk who couldn't leave a note, and the guys at Chase Auto Body recommended I find the replacement door on Craigslist. Saved me $500 right out the gate. Then they gave me a great deal on the repaint so long as I installed the door myself. What a journey that was! They made this whole experience super pleasant and I would go to them again in a heart beat!

My neighbor hit my car and it wasn't such a bad ding but it needed fixing and so Chase was the place. I had been here before because someone else hit my wife's car, so I went back because I was satisfied the first time. In short, they did a great job on my car. I had them fix a couple other little dings and dents that had accrued over the years (car is 6 years old now - 2010 VW CC). My color is light blue and when they did the work the first time they did not feel great about it. It looked good enough, but not great. They insisted on keeping car another day so they could make it perfect and now that I've come to pick it up, I can say they did a great job. Adam (the son) was always very friendly and communicative. His Father, the one who takes great pride in his painting, was the one who insisted they make it perfect. These are good people who care about the quality of work they do. I recommend them highly. I must recommend this autoshop! Ive been here twice and each time left more than happy with the price, the work, and the fantastic customer service. They didnt keep my car longer than needed either. Eveything was fast. Each time they helped me find the best price for the parts i needed and gave me a great deal for the labor. Years later and this business is still one of the best Auto shops I have been too. I came back here after someone hit my car and did not leave their information. I had been to several other places close to where I live, (Pasadena), but the prices were ridiculous. I remembered Chase and figured it would be worth getting in contact with them. I called them and told them what happened. They asked if I could take pictures and send it to them, so I did. Within hours I received a quote. They did let me know that once they see my vehicle the price might fluctuate. I am realistic and know sometimes pictures don't reveal what has happened underneath the vehicle. Flash forward to taking my car in. I cannot express how impressed I was with their customer service. They had my car done in 5 days! The price was still SO MUCH better than the quotes I had received from other places. I am VERY happy with their work. I recommend this place to any one looking for an honest place of work, and a place where they make it happen and really work with you to make sure you are satisfied and happy with their work.

I was involved in a car accident and was looking for body shop, i was referred by a friend to chase auto body and boy was i glad! I spoke with adeh on my repairs and he explained everything clearly to me. The customer service was great, i felt comfortable leaving my car there. I am MORE than pleased with the help I received from the helpful people at Chase Auto Body Shop. I love how management worked with me on the price. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. When I first took my car in, I had no ride home and instead of letting me take the bus, they gave me a ride home. When I got the car back, it was repaired beautifully. I have no complaints. These people are courteous, kind and will work with you. I am glad I was referred to them. I can see myself going back to them time and time again.

This is a great place to take care of your car without worries or hassles! I know their prices are great because I checked how much it would cost me at the dealers. I saved at least around $500 going here vs the dealer's shop. There's something about the guy ( forgot his name it was a while back) that made me feel at ease. We went in and got a great vibe from him. Honest nice hardworking guy who did an impeccable job fixing the scratch on the side of my baby :-/ and saved us money. I just recommended his place to someone the other day. I'm confident they will be satisfied. Excellent job guys :-)
