I had a great experience here when I had to have some minor body work done to my Mercedes. They are very honest and prompt and very friendly. I will recommend them for anyone who needs body work done to their vehicle.

This place is a horrible place we were in a paid parking lot went a few minutes late meter expired at 10:50 we got to our car at 10: 59 and these ass holes had already towed us ...and they were waiting and as meters expired towed away so many cars family's came out to a towed car due to this ass hole did not even care just left us in a dark parking lot with small kid's....I believe in order to give the public good honest service that you need to be a good honest person and this place are complete scum bag's !

This place does great body work on vehicles! They have always done a great job with my car! They are also very reliable when it comes to towing your vehicle after it breaks down or an accident. They were quick to come out and get my car after the accident I had on Gulf to Bay. I would recommend them to anyone!

Unfortunately I had to give it a star in order to post. But, poor doesn't even describe the disgusting customer service you get from the staff. The fact that they can hold you vehicle hostage and you have no choice but to pay the "cash" ransom is just SHADY.. Especially when they towed your vehicle illegally....................

I can not believe you would tow a disabled persons car I have often rented cars and my handicap sticker is not registered to that vehicle or even my semi and have never been towed!!! You truly should feel like a low life company no stars from this person but unfortunately I had to post one to leave this message!!!

Last i checked a handicapped placard was issued to an individual not a vehicle so if the placard is there the vehicle is parked legally but towed illegally and even ppl who are only legal here via work visa accept major credit cards.... afraid of a paper trail to your crimes scumbags??? Harass someone who can dish it back not elderly disabled folks and by the way gettin out of your rig in the fire lane is parking illegally ive seen your trucks do it... id recommend a company tht hires kangaroos before i EVER send business your way

I am truly bothered by this business. Yes, I understand how towing works, but the way this business handled my situation just reminds me how mercenary people are. I absolutely hated this place and everything about it. There want not single person that wasn't arrogant, ignorant and total scum. They were over priced and did a terrible job on my car. The things that they broke they didn't even have the decency to fix or to correct their own mistakes. I regret ever going here. What a shear nightmare.

They stink. Went to office on Saturday made plans with lady at office to tow my truck on Monday she said they will call when they r on there way. Today is Tuesday still waiting. No call to tell me they weren't coming. Waited all day monday. If they run there company like that don't know how they stay open. Probably by burning people
