last night got stranded on 635 thank god for yelp I search for towing companies close to my zip code and this guys pop up along with others, So I called the first one No answer the second one I was told to wait an hour and then this guys told me that they can pick me up in 30 min. I was like YEY come on. They got to me and the guy I cant remember his name but he was very nice young guy and quick to do the job thank you Troy towing.

Very honest owner! he cuts through all the crap and tells you exactly whats is wrong. He will fix it right and if he can't he will recommend someone who can. I brought my car here for a Ac check and the guy who did the work was very nice, polite and straight to the point he added something in the car and next thing I know my AC was working properly again. Very professional and skilled. thumbs up to Troy automotive car service in Dallas

My AC went out in my car and I took it to Troy. It was my first time going. They took great care of me. The workers there were courteous and prices are alot cheaper than other places I've been to. I will be coming back to this place.

My experience with Troy Automotive Dallas was the way a customer should be treated. Here is why... I been researching for an affordable / cheap mechanic/shop to do the transmission on my escalade, i had called several places but most of them give me huge prices that I cant afford. I was pretty concerned and thats the last thing I need now. Moving from china to the USA is been pretty rough. I search and search till I almost give up Thankfully I drove by Buckner and I saw this small blue shop with big letters Troy Automotive Engines & Transmissions I say to myself it wouldn't hurt to stop and ask. This big guy greet me and ask me if he could help he was polite and understand my english well ;) I told him of my problem and he come up with a solution and a better price than the rest, So finally my search is Over. He even offer a free towing on his tow truck nice flat bed by the way. Next day the guy showed up in the flat bed truck to pick up my truck and on the way it went. Over a week past and i received a phone call saying it was ready. Overall great service and I'm impressed with the job.

Troy Automotive writes their own reviews!! No way in hell would someone give these crooks 5 stars for anything! I took my truck to get the engine rebuilt! Originally the guy said it would be $2400, so i figured thats a great deal and plus he said he'd pick up my truck for free! Well once the truck got to the shop he changed his mind and said $3500. I told him I wasn't paying that. He then switched the price to $3000, but then the next time I talked to him he said actually it would be $3400. I told him I wanted my truck back because they were obviously scammers and he said fine but it would be $120. They brought the truck to my house when my mom was there and attempted to screw her over by saying that it would be $220 I guess to make a quick extra $100. We ended up giving them $160. They were still attempting to take my $160 and also tried to take my truck back to their sh*tty shop until I'd give them $220. Also, the guy I talked to every time was quite possibly the rudest person I've ever encountered and was very unprofessional. At one point the creep told me that "I didn't know how to conduct business" even though clearly they were at fault. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CREEPS! Go look at their BBB rating.

Worse mechanic ever, do not recommend to anyone. Lost so much money to this shop and they still didn't fix anything. Saw the guy later after the incident and he just laughed and said I did my job. I was mad but didn't lose it. But worst ever do not go
