Cheap prices, Less than an hour repair (morning arrival), and they gave me free touch up paint! They also put on my spare tire for me after realizing that my it was blown and recommended that I take my car to the nearest tire shop. These people are genuinely the nicest people I've met I'm awhile. Definitely will be back for any future repairs I might need.

Just got my car repaired from a recent hailstorm. They did a great job! I highly recommend them for any paint less repair job. The quoting process was fairly quick. After my insurance company looked over the car I was able to schedule the repairs within a few days. I dropped the car off on Monday and got it back on Thursday. Fast - easy - friendly - painless!

Stopped in with a pretty good ding on my daughter's door - Carl gave me a quick estimate and then took the car back to fix right away. He told me it would take about an hour - 15 minutes later they were done and I was on my way - and you can't even tell where the dent was. Great service at a fair price - I'd definitely use them again.

Very pleased with the work. My GL450 got dented in the back. Read some reviews online and decided to give Ace a shot.
Dropped off the car in the morning, pickup a few hours later and the dent is gone... Hugh did a phenomenon job and highly recommend his workmanship. Very easy to do business with.

Hugh and Carl are as good as it gets in the business. Their customer service is second to none. The first day I walked into the shop Hugh greeted me within 10 seconds and asked if I was being helped. He helped me immediately and understood exactly the extent of the hail damage on my car. He also knew by looking at my car that I liked to keep it in perfect condition and provided me with options. They took my car immediately - no waiting. They have been buried with work but they did not tell me to come back in two weeks like other shops...They have staffed up to handle the demand caused by the hail storms. They are also proactive while they have your car and let you know what is going on with it and when you can pick it up - no guessing games. They are good and I will be taking all my cars to them for work. Thanks Hugh and Carl! You make a difficult process bearable!

These guys rock! Hugh and Carl do quality work for a more than fair price. Had hail damage and insurance sent me to Caliber. They quoted $3200, but had a three week wait. I decided to check Ace Dent repair to just see if they could get it in sooner. They not only did it that week, but we're literally half the price of Caliber. You can't tell that the car had any hail damage at all. They didn't cut any corners, very pleased.
Another job they did was fixing a hood and bumper on a 1976 280Z, after a small fender bender. The car has a custom paint job and I believe they the number was ten different variations of paint mixtures, until they were satisfied that they had the color just right. Also had the bumper rechrommed. If you are looking for paint or body work, these are the guys who will treat you right at a fair price.

My new car got a door dent by accident. I showed my car to Ace Paintless Dent Repair and Hugh told me he would repair my minor dent free of charge if I was not happy with it and agreed to getting it painted. I got quotes from several places to paint my door but Ace gave me the most affordable deal they even gave me a loaner vehicle that happened to be available at the time! I was very pleased with the results it was perfect like the dent never happened. Both Hugh and Carl were very professional and friendly and I even called a few times to check on my car and they kept me updated. Overall I am very pleased with honesty, service and pricing from Ace Paintless Dent Repair.

I'm an extremely picky person when it comes to my car. I never let anyone touch my car and do all the work by myself at home. I never drive my car in the rain and if it's cloudy ouside, I don't drive my baby because of chance of rain.
Hugh is the best guy in DFW area fixing dents. He's very honest and upfront guy as well. I've referred so many friends and every single one of them has been happy with the result, price and they way they were treated. He's well known in luxury car forums in DFW area as well, so feel free to use this shop for fixing dents on your car.

About a month ago I used Ace to remove a door ding on the driver door. Based on Yelp reviews, I picked Ace and was so glad I did. While they are not open on Saturday, he agreed to meet me anyway and only charged $65 to remove the dent. He completed it in about 10 minutes and it looks like new. I would definitely recommend this place.

Honda was going to charge me an arm and a leg to get some minor dings and dents fixed. I decided to save myself some money and get it done by an outside source. I luckily found Hugh Bangerter from APDR that is co-located at Bob's Tire and and Auto. Hugh owns and operates APDR and does all the repairs himself.
He was great to work with - really quick at answering my phone calls, emails, and answering all the questions I had. Even though he was on a tight schedule, he was able to work me in and get the job done. There were a few door dings and minor hail damage spots that he was able to quickly fix at a fraction of Honda's cost.
I highly recommend Hugh and APDR. If I ever need work on my car again, I'll be coming back to him!

Every once in while you find a business you will tell everyone about. Thes folks are one of those. Took two vehicles in. First one was a ugly door dent (not ding) They worked on it for 20 minutes got it 90% out .Would not take any money because he was not satified. Did another one right on ridge of quarter panel. It was amazing you can shine a light from any angle and not find where the dent was. $95. I am customer for life.

A tree fell on my neighbors van, I suggested we go see Hugh at Ace as he had worked on our truck. We could not get the drivers side door to open, because the weight of the tree had popped things out of alignment. Hugh was like a car chiropractor and had everything realigned and working fine in less than 20 minutes. It was amazing. They are so nice and professional.

Not sure what the lady was complaining about regarding a 15-minute wait as I have never had a bad experience with this business. I have been taking my car there for several years and they have never disappointed me. As a single mom I depend on people I can trust when I have automotive I needs. Called and asked if someone would be available to assess the damage to my car if I arrived within 30 minutes. I was told there would be someone there so I drove 30 minutes out of my way. Arrived in 28 minutes to be told that I needed to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to take a look at my car. When you waste someone's time it is equivalent to wasting their money. Had I been told that I would have to wait when I arrived, I probably wouldn't have even tried to make it in today. Two of my friends are looking for a repair shop. So you've just lost a potential customer and two referrals. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

I was backing into a parking spot and a lady opened her car door onto the back right side of my 2011 4Runner.... Left some dents in it and I thought I was gonna have to pay over $1k to get it fixed. Took it to Ace PDR and in less than an hour and a $125 later it looked good as new!!!! Amazing service and super friendly!!!! Highly recommend!
