As a woman who is generally cautious and judgmental about her surroundings, I really have to disagree with the description of Morrison's being "sketchy".
My boyfriend and his family sent me here about 4 years ago because they had been using Morrison's in Spring Hill for years. I trusted them so I gave it a shot although I was skeptical because, well, how often do we have good mechanic experiences?
I have come to Morrison's for all my automotive needs since then. I'm happy with the prices, the people (especially Joe. We mostly see him when we walk in and he's very friendly.), the time of service, and the fact that I overall can trust them.

The guy that owns this place is a selective scammer .He almost got me twice . Back in 1999 I took my 1989 Mustang GT to him for a/c problems . A day or so after taking it home I notice the air is blowing warm , so I took it back and i'm told the fan blower is bad . I don't know how the mechanics didn't know this when looking over the whole a/c system . I paid $600 plus the first time and now an extra 90 bucks and he refuses to accept a check when I gave him 600 in cash the day before .
It's 12 years later and I take my 2001 Ford Ranger to be looked at because I notice it's shaking pretty bad when driving it . Being it was 12 years later I didn't realize it was him at first and he changed the name of his shop and it was at a different location . I remember him coming in the shop and telling me and another gentleman we have the same problem and it's the compressor . It would cost me around $600.00 for a new compressor and I decide I want a second opinion . I take my truck to 2 or 3 other shops , including sears and find out it's the rooters that are bad . How do you diagnose a compressor problem for rooters if the vehicle was carefully looked over . The compressor is still good and it's almost 5 years later .
When I mention the name "Moorison , I receive some disgruntled looks from customers and told they had a bad experience too , and at least 2 co-workers mention this as well , as well as another local mechanic whose brother is friends with Morrison , only he mentions many of his customers had bad things to say of Morrison .Bottom line , avoid this guy or stand a chance of getting taken .

Horrible. The building looks sketchy, and I didn't want my wife going there alone. When you walk in there is no one to greet. Very awkward. Has fixed our vehicle 3 times now for the same issue. The last time we picked it up, it had a new problem. They took it to the back to rectify, however now I am late for work.

I had a very tricky problem, and not a huge pile of money to fix it. These folks honestly seemed as concerned with fixing my family's vehicle as I was...the owner Joe took ownership of my problem and doggedly tracked it down and fixed it. I admire both their skills and their determination...thanks, fellas.

I have to say this is the worst. I don't know if it's because I'm a African American woman or what. Because I had came to this shop threw word of mouth that they did good work. I did not have good service done to my car. I had to bring the car back because they did not service my car right. Plus the fact that they stole a new part out of my car. A power steering hose that I bought brand new for them to put in. Is gone. No where to be found. They lied and said that it was put back in the car and it's not. Very upset. No stars. Bad service. Liars. Thieves. I'm not pleased at all and I WON'T be back.

I took my car for service, now my car shake like a milk shake, I am hoping they will fix the problem without charging me, this was a 650 dollars job, and now my car is in worth then when I took it to them. I afraid to drive my car to Volusia County to visit my parents because it shake so bad. Feel like is going to break apart every time I speed to 50 mile per hour. this can't be. One thing for sure , if I get into an accident and live to tell about it, for sure there going to be a lawsuit.

My tennis friends recommended Morrison's. As they suggested, the service was fast, friendly, efficient and very well priced. Will take any service work to them first. If they believe I would be better served by the brand dealer, they promised to tell me. Very pleased with my experience with Morrison's.

I just had a odd break problem fixed at Morrison's. Joe and Brian were friendly and honest about the price. I can see why people drive long distances to get their work done there. I won't bring my car anywhere else after finding this shop!
