Listen, I'm not gonna trash this business, but I think it's important that the general public know about it. I give credit where credit is due. I've given good reviews to businesses when it is warranted. I also, as a consumer need to voice my dissatisfaction when necessary. I wasn't going to say anything until Al said something that I didn't think was either professional as a business owner or necessary. I'm not going to go into detail about my dissatisfaction with this business. Just let me say this, communication was poor, inconsiderate of consumer's time and somewhat unprofessional. He made a comment that no business owner should make to a consumer. It's ok to think something but not verbalized it to a consumer. Overall, he could probably change your oil, spark plugs, filter etc. However, if it is something major, go to someone reputable.

good people still exist

I had a problem with my car not starting, I thought it might have been alternator or starter but when al showed up he just tighten my brackets on battery and that's all I needed. He could charged me for either of the starter ir alternator just to get money, but he was honest and only did what was required. They business thrives on good honest work. So any mechanical work you must go here. I've never done a review on a company so the fact that I did this time shows alot.

Al's a awesome Guy

Well my experience with Al was splendid! My timing belt broke of my car and it was expensive to get it fix but Al and his crew was very patience with me and very honest. He really cares! His crew work very hard on my car and put me back in it within 24 hours! I thank you guys from the bottom of my heart! They are awesome give then a try;-)

We had some car trouble when we went on a trip from Houston to San Antonio. Our car would not change gears. It was a Sunday and I didn't think we would get to get back on the road until Monday. Called Al's just to try my luck and he called me RIGHT back and found us within the hour. He fixed our issues in 10 minutes and we were back on the road! He is a lifesaver! He was extremely friendly, nice and even called back after we left to give us some advice on another issue he saw with the car! Amazing service! I definitely recommend!!
