i would like to say thanks to chester at delta transmission for the adaptor . i got the transfer case in today and the new cross member just need to weld in the anchor points for the cross memeber np 241 in the truck done i asked for help to find this adaptor and chester went out of the way to find it evene after getting the wrong part he spent the time to go throught all his personal stock found it and the cross memeber with it now my truck is one step closer to being done once more thnak you

This is the 2nd time I've used Chet at Delta Transmission. The first time was for repair and rebuild on my manual transmission and this time to replace and repair my master cylinder. I find Chet to be one of the most honest and professional small biz owners around. He diagnosis the problem, gives a fair, reasonable estimate which ends up lower than most and won't change it after the fact. He is communicative, follows up as promised and will accommodate you if you need a ride home or pick up. He has worked and then owned this business for decades and knows that treating his local clientele honestly and fairly is paramount to a successful and thriving business. He will not let you down and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him 100% for your transmission/brake/other needs.

i didn't get the man's name behind the desk but he is a straight shooter, he wont bullshit you he will tell you like it is. for me personally i don't know much about cars besides basics like changing brakes and oil. when i need to get major work done i get nervous taking it to a shop because i feel like they are going to say its a bigger problem then what it is. i explained to him what was happening to the car he said bring it back tomorrow and i will check it out. they were short staff someone went home sick. i brought it back the next day he took it for a test drive. when he came back, he came back from the back of the shop. he said i couldn't get it to act up at all. i related it to going to the doctors and not having your symptoms show up. he said he ran the scanner to check for any codes and nothing came up. i was confused but happy i that a professional said it is fine. he brought it to the front popped the hood and checked the transmission fluid it was almost completely empty. he said that your problem right there. i put transmission oil in and it feels perfectly fine now. saved me a lot of money.
