Wonderful customer service and the owner is super friendly. When I arrived there with my 2014 Honda accord , my tires had been making a screeching noise when I braked. I took the car into their shop because I thought I needed a brake replacement, but the owner explained that it was not needed because my rotor was in excellent condition and the brake pad was about 50% worn down. Told me it was probably due to dust accumulation ...Saved me a $300 expenditure. Highly recommend... an honest business

Ray was a very nice and helpful individual. He did an alignment on my 350z. He was very honest, trustworthy and fairly priced. I will do business again and I would highly recommend Creative Auto Lab to anyone that questions their expertise and honesty.

I just want to thank Ray & Creative Auto Lab for taking care of my Mitsubishi Lancer. Just 2 nights ago, I had to call Ray after business hours that my car needs to get towed to his shop. He met us at his garage and I was able to personally hand him my keys and explain what happened. What a great service! Most places will have you drop Your keys in the mail slot. It took him a day to figure out everything and fix it and I got updated through it. Fast, reliable, excellent customer service as always! I am excited to have my car back and know that it was safe and in good hands. No stress for this girl! He always tells Me the truth and upfront with all repairs. Thank you Ray! I am lucky to have a great mechanic.

Had some minor cosmetic (paint transfer and scratches) and broken crash bar damage on the rear bumper of my '13 Focus ST as well as all four wheels out a alignment from the person who hit my parked car. Rey and his crew did a great job taking care of me and my car, hassling the dealership to get the right parts asap and dealing with insurance. I highly suggest using them for an auto-body shop and I am going to have them apply Clear-Bra Vinyl to my front bumper when possible.
