I had some serious problems with my truck this week and had to get towed by AAA to the nearest certified mechanic. My truck was towed to Circle Automotive and it turned out to be an answer to prayer. The shop was already closed but John was there and let me keep my truck in the garage overnight so he could work on it the next day.
My truck was potentially in really bad shape and it was the fault of the oil changers. John was kind, honest, and sooooo helpful in explaining the whole situation to me. He handled everything so professionally. In the end, my truck was fixed and now John and the lube shop will be referring customers to each other's businesses. I am so incredibly grateful for John's services.
This is a quality, honest automotive services shop where you are treated with kindness and professionalism. I will be returning for future auto repairs and maintenance.

At the time of this writing, their website shows M-F hours of operation to be 7:00am-5:00pm. The tech (Brian) showed up at 7:45 to open shop. The front office door indicates M-F hours of 7:30-5:30.
Not only was it frustrating to wait around for 45 minutes, but it caused my family significant inconvenience.
(Interestingly, their company slogan is "Honesty with Integrity." Nice, but meaningless if it's not backed up by action.)
I was so frustrated and upset that I had just called AAA to send a tow truck to take my vehicle to another shop. Then the tech showed up, and he talked me into leaving my car there, offering a waiver of the diagnostic fee, a discount on labor, or a voucher for an oil change. Most repair shops waive the diagnostic fee if they end up doing the work, so that incentive didn't really have much value.
Brian ended up giving me a fair discount on labor, did a little extra work at no charge, prioritized my repair job and got it done sooner than expected, and used quality name brand parts without being asked. Since I'm a AAA member, they extended their standard warranty from 6 mos./6,000 miles to 24 mos./24,000 miles full parts and labor.
The receptionist was very friendly and positive, and Brian was accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional, and did seem honest. Nobody's perfect, so the late opening is understandable and forgivable. . Circle Automotive demonstrated integrity in the way they treated me and they "made it right."
Based on my experience today, their slogan "Honesty with Integrity" seems appropriate. They turned a disgruntled customer into a satisfied one, and I will definitely give them more business in the future.
I originally rated them 2 stars this morning at 7:45, but they earned the full 5 stars by the end of the day.

We can't say enough great things about Circle Automotive. We take both of our cars to them as they get us in same day, are done same day and most importantly, are honest and don't charge you an arm and a leg. I even stopped going to my Audi dealer as these guys are so much better. John is the owner and he'll treat you right!

My family takes all of our cars here, for good reason. Always straightforward and honest, never pushing unnecessary repairs, and open with the knowledge so I can handle what repairs I can myself (like most people, i don't have full mechanic tools or a lift at home).
They also went out of their way to work around our work schedule so we could pick up our car, and even offer a small discount for AAA members.

John is the owner and he is a very trustworthy person. He is not pushy and truely wants to make the customer happy. This is a family owned shop and everyone is very friendly. My whole family takes their vehicles here and we will never go anywhere else. If you are looking for a honest, professional, and reasonable mechanic this is the place for you.

Have had several bad experiences in the last couple years since someone other than John is now doing much of the work. Replacing parts that were not necessary (not diagnosing problem properly) and missing actual problems that led to additional towing and repairs. Terrible customer service too.

I received a referral from my insurance company that this shop does pre-purchase inspections. So, I phoned John to discuss the two, 2008 RAV4's that I was thinking of buying for my teenager. John offered some very good advice which helped me to narrow my search. I was impressed that John took the time to talk me through my choices by sharing his opinions on the two vehciles in question--which "got me off the fence" in order to make a decision. John was also flexible with his inspection schedule as he appreciated the time-sensitive aspect of my dilemma. I would highly recommend this shop as "honest and thorough."

i had a get a repair on my car and called around to a bunch of places. this was the cheapest i found (to replace my water pump). they squeezed me in towards the end of the night even though i had made an appointment for earlier in the day, had something come up, and forgot to call them to reschedule. after it was fixed, someone, i think the owner, showed me a replaced part and how it had been leaking. then he recommended i replace my wiper blades (which i know i need to do) and suggested i replace the whole blade and not just get a refill and he showed me how to do it and he didn't expect me to buy it from them.
so they seem honest, knowledgeable, accomodating, have low prices, and they offer a 5% AAA discount

Outstanding honest shop that won't rip you off. Fixed problems caused by Lithia. Oil changes are very reasonably priced. Brake jobs are reasonable.

I got into a jam last year with my Pickup...it needed the Engine rebuilt. I took it to John and the guys and they did a Fantastic job. My Truck runs awesome and I am so Pleased! These guys were very helpful, kind and most of all "Patient"...As I said I ran into a jam and they did EVERYTHING they could to help me and We got it done. This is one of the last honest, fair and Friendly Shops I've been to...AND will be going back if I need to, but I've had my truck home for a year now and it's still Awesome!!!

The joint was hopping, one mechanic down, and the owner was working also. Sheryl told me to bring in my truck and they would look at the bulb I said I needed replaced. I helped John diagnose the issue (glorified button pusher). He got the part ordered and installed within an hour. Great service, friendly staff.

Honest shop, fair price, very busy. The only negative I can think of is communication. I do understand and their positives far out weigh the negative given that they are a smaller shop, but I just wish they would call or text when the car is finished. This is my go to shop. All four of my cars come here.

They came highly recommended and for good reason. John (owner) had multiple chances to up-sell me but instead he pointed out multiple items that didn't need to be replaced. In fact, this is the first time ever that the final bill has been lower than the proposed amount at an auto repair shop. They were fast and my car runs much better. I would recommend then to anyone!

Life savers--Three months ago, I made a mistake purchasing a truck that had trouble right away. John, the owner, walked me through all my options, helping me make a good decision from there.
