Razo Motors is the Best! Liz and Armando were so helpful, and Steven the owner has a lot of knowledge, he was able to figure out what the problem was before it was diagnosed. And not only was I offered a ride to and from work, they were also able to get my extended warranty to cover all the repairs. I highly recommend. I will definitely be back. Great job guys!

I am giving this place 0 stars!!! Why? Heres why i i was recommended over to this place by an extended warranty company supposedly they "specialise" in foreign cars my car sat ther for 2months every time i spoke with someone down there i got diffrent stories giving me the run around so after the 2 months i finally get my car back well i wasnt too happy they broke my window not the glass but my window wont roll up or down so i thought wtf??!!! Seriously!! I didnt care i just wanted my truck out of there so not even two weeks of having my car back guess what??!! Its now at the BMW dealer got the diagnostics same exact things that reciept from this place says they fixed amd repaired and parts its whats wrong with it?? Lmao this place is a joke i should of know wen i saw the mechanics drinking on site!! Hey i learned the hatd way never again!! And i only gave it star cause i had to but i want my damn star back!!

Love this place, the whole staff is always friendly and amazing. Meet Stephen and Alex a while back while I had to bring my BMW in for major repairs. They exceed and excel in getting my car repair and running great .My parents love how well they took care of my car that they even started coming in for their repairs. I'm here today 7.25.2016 for an oil change and again came in to a full friendley staff. Taking care of my car and even taking their time to exam the whole car. Thanks you at Razo motors. I tell my friends and family about this awesome place and now I'm telling you guys here. Check them out , go visit them. You won't be disappointed .

I hated it they had my car for almost three weeks while I was on trains and bus to get to work . The receptionist all but told me that something happened to my car on the freeway, they never fixed the problem just made things worst. Then charged me $1400.00 and I had to take it to three different places to repair what they messed up. Run do not walk away from this place. Excellent Service, Got My Oil Changed Here And They Charged 1/4th of What Other Guys Charge For Less Quality Work. I Push A BMW So Things Can Get Pricey. I'll Be Bring My Car In For All My Repairs! Ty Razo Motors!

The guys over at Razo, Steve, Armando, and Tech Juan are very helpful and the receptionist is very easy on the eye's. OK before I get side tracked yes very professional and they explain to detail what has been repaired and what needs to be repaired, sometimes there can be some technical difficulties but the issues get resolved in a timely matter, so thumbs up...
