I've been to this place before, mostly because of the proximity to my home but today was really bad customers service. After waiting for a while I was told 10 more minutes and 20 minutes later I asked again and was told computer is down. It's just rude. Maybe business is good so losing a customer is no big deal, but I got errands to run on my only day off and really don't have time for crappy customer service. Hopefully you guys work on communication skills
