They just fixed my car air conditioning about a week ago and its running very fine. very friendly, very good service and they price matched other auto shops when I told them the competitions prices! Very fast service too!!

We have been customers since 1999. They have taken care of all of our cars. Suburban, Toyotas and Acura's all with care and integrity. If I could give zero stars, I would! This place has terrible customer service. I came here about 3 weeks ago and the service was awful. They had a family meeting in the waiting room and completely disregarded I was there. Gave me no customer service at all and continued with their family discussion. I walked in knowing exactly what I needed and I told them what I've already done to the car and they still did exactly what I had already done to the car and charged me $68 to just look at it... Unbelievable! I went back two weeks later having the exact same problem. A lady walked in and sat down and the guy at the counter, which seems to be the owner or manager, never acknowledged her. He's too busy talking to a friend of his, or partner of another shop because they're talking about business. The lady sat and waited patiently a good five minutes and finally got up and said she'd be back later, that all she needed was an appointment for next week and the owner/manager just told her to come back whenever she wanted. It's been two weeks since my last visit and it seems like he really found and fixed the problem this time with my AC. Either way, I will not be going to this place ever again.

I've gone to this shop for 5 years now and I am very satisfied with the work I get here! I went for an AC repair and I have never had a problem since. They always give me the best deal in town and believe me I shop around!

Took my car in for A/C, was quoted one price for diagnostic/recharge if necessary, and then was charged double what I was quoted, and given the excuse "I guess we didn't explain it very well, but we can take it all out of you want (which I'm sure they would've charged more labor for)". I got fooled...once. Never again will this place get a dime of my hard earned money, and I will do my best to make sure nobody I know uses them either. I don't like to be negative, but my experience here was awful and dishonest. Obviously I don't recommend using them.
