These guys are the best. Driving with my family from L.A. to Palm Springs, the air conditioner on my 2006 Honda Pilot stopped blowing air. We found Pass Auto by chance and were happy with the experience. Within 90 minutes, we were back on the road with a full working A/C unit. They were able to get us in and out quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!!!

This review is for their Uhaul service. My boyfriend and I went to four Uhaul places before we came here because they didn't have what we needed for whatever reason. By the time we got here my boyfriend was mad and irritated.
The 5 stars is all because of John. When we first came in, he was very welcoming. He was able to put my boyfriend at ease by talking and relating to his occupation. John also gave us some additional mileage in case we had to make a stop on our way to our new place. Because of John's customer service, we left very happy!

left my car there for hours so they could "run diagnostics" went to pick it up only to be told that I'd have to bring it back and leave it for a few days. $65 for for a repair invoice with no information. Used car salesman used car service. 2 stars for the burly guy who was real nice but was just a worker there.

At Pass Auto Center they're doing it right. These guys have great mechanical know-how, and great customer service to boot.
John the owner is super friendly and will try to make you happy. From simple repairs to transmission rebuilds these guys can handle it. I'm glad to have em around.

Amazing customer service! Bob is fantastic! My car started to over heat on my way back to San Diego so I stopped in here and they very quickly diagnosed the problem. Although they did not have the right tools to fix the problem Bob still hooked me up. He called a tow truck (which was there in less than 5 minuets) to take it to the nearest shop that could fix it. He also gave me a ride to pick up a rental car and made sure I got their discount. I wish that there were more places like around! Thanks guys!

We have been going to Pass Auto for years for maintance and repair, then my sweet little "mom car" died. The conversation turned to options and I was thrilled to drive home with a gorgeous lightly used Dodge Charger that makes my knees buckle. The transactions was, yet again, professional, friendly and simple (they know what they're doing). Would I recommend Pass Auto? Absolutely, and yes, I am a real customer (see photos)

If there's a break in to your RV. They will not do any thing to help you out. In fact the owner said to me I'm not going to give you my insurance info you will file a clam and my insurance will go up. How about that for customer service!!! They as well will let it just set were there is no security for months saying it was waiting for parts. As far as I can tell the parts were never ordered. This as well is known that they have a problem with break-ins at Pass Auto. You could not pay me to go back there!!

I have to say Jason is amazing! I dealt with him when it came to my uhaul reservation. I had a reservation and the previous individual had not brought the truck back and it was way after the time. I looked around at other places for a pick up and was turned down. Jason was so nice to me, treated me with respect, and went above and beyond what most people would even do. Thank you Jason for just being so nice!

Great customer service!! I had work done at the shop before it changed ownership and needed the paperwork for warranty information. The man who answered the phone dug through the old shops records just to find the receipt for me. He even faxed it to the new shop my car was at. Even though I wasn't buying anything, he still treated me so nicely!
