I am currently on the side of the road. The E,T.A was for over 2 hours but i thought I could wait. It has been over 3 hours, no courtesy call or anything. when the insurance company connected me directly to them, the person on the phone said that their truck had broken down (you only have one tow truck?)......no apologies....nothing.
Do not count on this company for a tow.....I'm on the side of the road and almost out of gas (the car has been running for the duration of my stay here because its 25 degrees outside).....I guess I'm walking. Thanks for Nothing

I am very Happy that Charlottesville Finally has an HONEST mechanic. I was told by a local mechanic shop that I needed a transmission in my 2006 VW Jetta so a friend referred me to R & R Towing and Repair....YAY. David Roberts the Owner the Honest person that he is simply did a transmission flush and my car runs like new. Thank you so much David

Great honest company

This is a highly recommended company I got my car towed in (tow was free because they fixed my car) but I was told by another company that I needed a new engine and the guys at R&R looked at it and told me I just needed a harmonic balancer which was a $100 fix and saved me a couple thousand dollars! Will never take my car to any other mechanic shop except them.

I was in a bad place till I called R & R Towing. My drive shaft snapped while I was working way away from home and they treated me like family. They were there in mins and found a way to get me on the road. Pricing was more than far. Cheap even. He truly is someone who wants to help people. Very polite and hospitable. All round good guys.
