We were in an accident on Memorial Day, coming back to San Diego from Yuma. Our vehicle rear ended another vehicle on the 8 West half way between Yuma and El Centro, so we were towed to El Centro. Lucky for us, because the next morning we were put in touch with Caesar at Calibur Collision, and he and the whole staff there could not have been kinder and more helpful during this stress filled time. Caesar kept me up to date via text almost daily with progress reports, and my vehicle was completed on the day he said it would be. My vehicle looks perfect and runs perfectly again. I cannot say enough good things about the whole Calibur Collision experience from start to finish. We were even able to leave our rental with them instead of going back to the rental place, so bonus love for that. Highly and sincerely recommended.

Horrible job on my car, my sisters and in-laws. My car all the bumper parts were not all there and it came off. The paint on all 3 cars had drips and within one year began to chip, my in-laws paint began to chip after 5 months. We all took our cars elswhere to get re-painted. Friendly staff but behind the desk they don't know what they are doing. Save time and hassle go somewhere else......trust me.

It in the WORST category. The manager Felipe Magos was very rude, he was of no help. When i asked him why they were including the headlight he got all mad and said it was broken during the accident. When he showed it to me it seemed like something they broke in the shop. I even showed him a picture i took at the accident where the headlight was not broken. Stay away from this place. They had the front bumper and radiator inside the car on the carpet!! They dont take care of peoples cars! They charge crazy money! Its not fair, and they treat you with no respect. At the beginning they were very helpful until i spoke with the manager he slammed my hood down and said "I'm not fixing this" and called me ignorant. STAY AWAY from this place. You'd be better off looking somewhere else..

"When I first brought my car here, the people seemed helpful and happy to help; I was told my vehicle would take approximately 15 days, but I had to wait an additional 4 more days to receive my vehicle; no problem. After receiving a phone call to pick-up my vehicle; when I arrived at the location to pick up my vehicle, no one was around; I waited at least 15 minutes or more for someone to help me. Finally, someone came out and asked "What do you need?" I was appalled; I let this rude man know what I was there for and waited for my vehicle. Shorty after, I seen my vehicle, I noticed how dirty it was and asked why was it so dirty? I was told, "If we knew you were coming, then we would have washed it!" I told him, someone called me and said my vehicle was ready for pick-up and I told him I will be there today. I was very disappointed with the level of service I received and will not be returning to this place.
