After a recommendation from Kadotani Automotive (great mechanics). At Russo's, I had an excellent experience. Top-notch customer service.
Gary was easy to work with, communicated seamlessly with my insurance co., and sent me daily text message updates with the status of my repair. Not only that, but they finished a day earlier than promised! The work looks great and all is working well.
To top it off, my car was cleaned inside and out with fresh flowers, in a Russo's glass, sitting in my cup holder. A job well done.

Dang, I can't give enough stars for Russo's. Quality work, friendly team, and an inpiration to businesses everywhere; big and small. This is how you do customer service right. And it starts at the top with the owner Fernando, then on to his shop foreman Hemi (sp), then the office team. It seems to trickle down to Everyone! IRusso's.

This is the second time I've taken my car here and I've never been disappointed. The service is amazing and when I picked up my car it literally felt brand new and to top it off as soon as I got in my car I see a bouquet of flowers in a mason jar! I can't even explain how much better that made my day! Thank you Russos you have a loyal customer right here!!

I got hit on November 20, 2015, I finally got my car back yesterday. I understand the holidays were a major cause of the delay, which is fine. The car damage was to the driver's side rear door and wheel, and airbags. When I picked up my car on 1/8 there were 4 scratches on my front bumper which I know for a FACT were not there when I dropped it off. There was a scratch on the door they had just pained. Both rear lights have scratches on them, which I know were not there before and there is definitely a new scratch on my passenger side tire rim. The interior was extremely dirty...you could tell they don't wear gloves as there were grease marks all over the place. They missed replacing two covers as well. There was also a tool mark on the leather backseat, which was extremely visible. In any case, they kept it yesterday promising to repaint the bumper, buff out the scratch on the door and fix the seat and clean the interior. In any case, picked up the car this morning. There are STILL scratches on the bumper, it was not repainted. Why would you tell me to leave it to have the bumper repainted and then not do it? All was fine except when Rick mentioned that his technician had stated that the car came in with "some" scratches. It did not, sorry. I know every scratch on my car (one, on the underside of the front bumper caused by me going over a sidewalk). I know this because my husband bought me the car and he reminds me about it all the time. In any case, I'm not keeping the car much longer. I hope not to need an auto body shop ever again, but if I do, sorry "#1 Russo's" it won't be you.

Amazing service! Very friendly and welcoming. Great work on my car, everything was simple and easy. Always called and kept me up to date. Also a hertz which made switching out my car very easy.
I was hit in a parking garage, the situation was stressful. RCR made the experience very easy, stress free and my car looks great. Also did a wonderful job in a short amount of time.

Russos is very professional, courteous, & accommodating. Their rental department had a nice car ready right away, & we drove away less than 25 minutes later. Our truck was repaired to better than new condition, and there was even Mason Jar full of homegrown flowers in the cup holder. The car was immaculate & ready to go when we picked it up. We've had a few cars and a horse trailer repaired at Russos over several years & their service never varies. We give it a 5+++ Ed & Bonnie

It's actually pleasant to deal with this place, at what can be a stressful time. Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Hugo is a true expert who explains everything clearly and acts like he has all the time in the world for you.
We had a lot of work done, a major repair, and the car is back in sparkling mint condition with a vase of fresh flowers in the cup holder!

My friend brought a truck to be painted over three months ago and has yet to see it. It, unlike most of their work is not insurance related work and she paid upfront. Now the truck sits because someone miss-placed or stole the parts that fit inside the door which roll up the window. They did not notify her of this, but kept saying they were so busy with insurance work and could not get to her truck. She finally went in and talked to the owner only to find out the truck had been painted, but parts gone and not ordered to replace them. Fast forward two weeks later and more promises to get her the truck and still no truck and parts not ordered. They are looking for parts I'm sure from wrecked trucks, which would be cheaper. My friend is 82 years old and so excited about this fun paint job they were going to do on her new truck. They were going to paint something special on the back tailgate. Zero happening. Shame, shame on you for taking the money upfront and not delivering the work in a timely manner.

I am changing this to 4 stars from my previous review of 1. After I left a message this last weekend, they promptly called me back and apparently they had left 3 messages for me over the last couple of weeks. Where those messages are I do not know. But they apparently did try to reach me. I took my car in this morning and they put those strips on and I was out in about a 1/2 hour. They are a friendly bunch, I would most likely return if I am in need of repairs again.

Leave your car at Russo's with confidence. My car had three separate issues that had to be dealt with, and Fernando and his staff did an amazing job -- the car looks like new. They are extremely professional and capable. Highly recommended.

I recently had someone back into my car in a parking lot and needed to have my bumper replaced. AAA recommended Russo's Collision Repair and it was very close to where I was working and convenient to drop it off there. My experience there was professional, courtesy, and they had my car back to me within 4 days. The Owners and Employees are a pleasure to deal with and the perfect ending is that when you pick up your car there are flowers in a vase thanking you for your business! Nice touch!

I got rear ended in my black mustang and the driver in the Civic took off. My insurance asked me to pick a place to get my mustang fixed. I didnt know of any places in Watsonville so I pick russo's. And boy I'm I glad a did. They kept me updated and how long it would take to get my car back and when I got it back it looked brand spanking new! These people are really friendly and trustworthy!

Nice old man down the street accidentally backed into me, crushed my bumper. Other body shops wanted $2500+ to fix it. Russo's did a great job for less than $1000. In other words, they weren't trying to rip me off and fix a bunch of things that didn't need to be fixed. Good guys and good service.

Long story short,I took my car there because of AAA recommending them, after the 1st time I picked it up, there were new scratches on the car, they claimed they were already there, which they weren't, but they agreed to fix the scratches, but then I had to take it back because of their careless employees, so every time I took my car to them, I would pick it up and there would be scratches & things broken on the car. Finally the last time I picked it up, they chipped the paint on the door that was originally painted & didn't want to fix it, the owner is so rude and said "I am done with you, call AAA & do what you have to, but I'm done". The person from AAA was useless & I still have the chip on the car that Russo's refuses to fix. I DON'T RECOMMED THIS SHOP AT ALL, FIND ANOTHER PLACE!!!
