The Gomez brothers are arguably some of the best in the business. I met both Gabriel and Edgar about a year and half ago and recently have done work to my Acura ILX. I got a huge crease and dent from a hit and run and they were able to handle my car quickly. In a matter of one day they were able to get my claim processed. They were able to get me into a rent a car and most importantly they were able to communicate with me throughout the whole time.
Their staff is friendly and courteous. A family ran business for almost 20 years, the Gomez brothers are the real deal. Along with my dent they included:
-Clay polish
-Cleaned my engine bay
-Buffed out some minor scratches
-Fixed an issue with my bumper.
Elite Collision, thank you for being an honest business. They aimed way beyond my expectations. Completely satisfied with my vehicle and madly in love with it again. Before you leave ask for the "Light Show" its worth it! Thanks Edgar and Gabriel.

Edgar and his staff are awesome!! I was in a car accident where another driver has basically demolished the rear end of my car... We brought my bfs truck here at the beginning of the year so I figured I would bring my car in. The damage was bad so it took a minute to fix, but, the car looks so amazing!! Just like the day I got it from the lot, and I don't think I've been this happy in a long time! Would recommend everybody I know here. A year later and my front bumper is starting to crack, it wasn't done right the first time and o have to live with consequences of trying to trust a body shop who delivers empty promises on custom work. It was a job that sounded great in the beginning but, turned out to be a horrible choice and should've done my research more. Love my front bumper just displeased with work and would never come back her for any type of body work.

I work in this area, so I needed somewhere to take my car when I needed some collision repairs. I wasn't sure of any good places I could trust, but I stumbled upon this place and long story short, I couldn't be happier with how my car turned out.
This place does phenomenal work and their staff is all about customer service. Edgar was great at keeping me updated on the progress, and Alondra in the office wouldn't let you say no to some free coffee or snacks if you had to wait for anything. The family atmosphere, attention to detail, and above industry-standard quality work make this a 5 star collision center and somewhere I would refer anyone to get work done on their car.

My 2000 Toyota Camry was sideswiped. The damage appeared purely aesthetic. The insurance of the party who hit me sent my car to a place in Temple City (which I've blasted for being so poor). They cut a whole in the side of the door. After telling them I didn't want their business, I took the settlement check and looked elsewhere.
Through a referral, I ended up with Elite. Edgar and his staff were receptive to my needs from the get-go. Edgar provided a reasonable quote and gave me assurances the car would be ready. After a week, I figured I should get everything fixed so I asked him to replace some door handles, fix a seat, and replace the windshield. No problem!
In the end, the car looks better than new. All the small stuff and care Edgar put into the car shows. No matter the size of the job, I highly recommend Elite!

Elite took care of my 2011 Subaru STI after being hacked up by a previous body shop, they not only exceeded my expectations but where up front with me every step of the way and really restored my confidence that they are good body shops out there and that they are all not criminals. It was a very difficult job but they handled it professional and with the upmost respect for me. Extremely happy with their expertise and professionalism. Excellent service as quality at a fair price. Took my car to be repainted and the attention to detail and workmanship is by far Uncompromised. In this day and age where people want to cut corners, they don't. And they charge a fair price. Honest and reliable, they go above and beyond the call of duty. This review is long overdue. I waited a few months to see how the repairs and paintjob held up on my 11 Honda Civic sedan after some unknown idiot dented the rear quarter panel of my car. Edgar and his team did an excellent job. The paintjob seamlessly blended in with the factory paint and the dent was virtually non existent. The following are reasons I recommend this shop
-My car was returned to me within a short time frame. There were many places that wanted my car between 1-2 weeks for a noticeable dent the size of a baseball.
-Edgar and his team were friendly, thorough, and walked me through the whole process. I'm highly mistrustful of mechanics and dentists. Not once did I feel like I was being cheated or lied to.
-I did not have to deal with my insurance for the most part, except for taking in my car to a collision center for damage assessment by one of my insurance agents.
-Most importantly, I felt like these guys went the extra mile. I had scratches along the passenger door that were buffed out. The interior of my car was left spotless. It was a jungle in there. Edgar got me his rental rate for my car rental, and he personally dropped off my car at my house. I do happen to live close to the collision center though.
I'm a satisfied customer.

Few scratches on my Audi needed repair before selling it. I looked online and noticed this body shop was under new ownership and decided to stop by and ask for a quote. Edgar and his brother Gabriel are very professional and courteous people. They gave me a reasonable price. Completed the work in the time frame they said. They dropped me off at work nearby. The job was perfect. They cleaned my engine bay. Clay and polished the entire car and have the interior a good cleaning as well. They go above and beyond. They over deliver. I brought back the Audi yesterday on Sunday because I was having trouble installing a new visor clip that was broken. They did it free of charge. Free!!! So if your in the El Monte and surrounding area and need body work. Go see Edgar at Elite.

Unfortunately I have had my fair share of experience with collision centers/auto-repair shops from many different past incidents in which I have been involved with (in my defense 90% of the time not my fault), nevertheless, I know service and attention to detail when I see it; not to mention I am picky about who touches my car, drives it, repairs it, installs anything on it, and even washes any of my cars.
Edgar and the Elite Collision Center team are a set of professional and service forward individuals, that provide you nothing but exceptional service (not to mention the reasonable pricing and turn-around time). This the place where I most definitely trust my cars being worked on and I felt this same vibe since the first time I met Edgar. Edgar has been running his businesses in this same fashion since I knew him and I cannot be any more pleased with how he has and continue to treat me every time I've needed help. I do commend him on how he has kept this service and atmosphere up to par.
Workmanship and service are the most important things to me when it comes to repair shops, and Elite Collision Center does not lack these things at all. His workers have always repaired all my damages to exactly the way I wanted, and when any imperfections arose (if any) Edgar assured me it would get fixed and repaired before I drove off. They have always been able to take care of any type of work I have given them; matted re-painting, dented door panels, full rear end damage repair, etc... And as mention the service that Edgar has always been able to provide is excellent, ranging from the daily follow-up calls he does when he is working on your vehicle to the ability to drive to a location if need be when you may not have a ride. He simply makes you feel comfortable and gives you the peace of mind your car is in good hands.
I recommend Elite Collision Center, thanks again Edgar and the guys at Elite.

This place was awesome!! My whole side mirror broke off and they fixed it as if it was brand new. The controls worked just the same and the color matched perfectly to the original paint of the car. I was very excited when i saw my car has been fixed so well. the front lights looks new and bright, before they were yellowing, well, i forgot my car is 1999 honda civic :-)
also they did me a good favour for fixing front bumper, there are lots of scratches before they were fixed, to be honest they were looks nasty but now Damn, my car looks nice and beauiful. I was thought about to sell her, but now i changed my mind, i will keep her. I want to say Big Thank you to Edgar (owner) and one pretty girl Helen or ??(sorry i dont know how to read your name), but guess its a beauiful name, just like you. thank you for your sincerely concern for my car. this is also the 1st guy i took my car after accident. They are worthy of trust, i cant say they are the best in whole auto body shop filed, but i must say they are one of them.

Took in my Toyota Solara after totaling the entire right front and side. I thought my car would never be the same again but the Elite Collision Center does incredible work for the best price! I have never taken my car to a place that paid such attention to detail. My car was in desperate need of some body, mechanical, paint, and frame work and needless to say, I was very impressed with the results! They had genuine concern for my car's well being and brought my car back to life. The staff was so helpful and would call me to voice any concerns throughout the process. I am usually very critical but was left speechless when I finally saw my car, it looked brand new! Edgar, the body shop owner, who I now consider a friend, is the first guy I took my car too after my accident, and the only one I will ever take it too! Elite Collision Center is the best!

I found this place because it was nearby and I figured sure why not. So, I gave it a try and talked to Edgar about custom work trying to get a front bumper installed and everything. I was confident enough to follow through with it. It looks great the only thing was it did take time to get everything in tip top shape other than that very Satisfied. Very good communication as well. Well worth the wait.
