Hmm ... I went to this place to fix my car on two different occasions from two separate accidents. Let me start with the positives of this place. The brothers that own this place are friendly. It was pretty easy to drop off my car. I just had to give them some information and I was out of there.
Now, here are the things that I didn't like about this place. When I got my car back the first time, I glanced over my car and everything looked great. They even fixed a part of my tire. (Although I think it was an easy fix, it was still a nice gesture.) However, when I got home I realized that there was a HUGE scratch on the side of the driver's door. It was a new car (6 mo old at that point) and I knew this was not here when I dropped it off. You can't see it when the door is closed, but when I open the door, it lies right where my hand goes, if you know what I mean. It's not a small thing, it is a huge white stratch that goes does about 5 in. I was quite displeased, but I thought you know what, they're nice and I don't want to make a big deal out of something I can't even see when I close the door. (My poor car ... )
Six months later ... another accident. (Yay LA!) I take it to the same place because I honestly didn't know where to go. After I drop off my car, they call me the next day to tell me to take my car back and return the rental car because there were some problems. Not a problem. They call me a few days later and say it is OK to drop off my car, so I go and drop it off. When I finally get my car back, it looks good. But of course, when i get home, I realized they forgot to fix a part of the car that got damaged right above one of my tires .... How could they miss that? So now I have to go BACK and get it fixed and probably will not be able to get a rental for the time I won't have my car.
I will not be going to this place again. It's just not worth it.
