Very happy with the service I received from Sacramento Collision Center. My family member damaged my car and had it repaired at their preferred body shop only to get a crappy job done. Took my car to Sacramento Collision and they took care of the problem. The staff was very attentive and super nice.The job was done in a timely and professional manner.

I had a car accident two weeks ago and right away I took my car to Sacramento Collision Center; I explained to them that I need my care a soon as they can cause I need it for school and work. They did a really fas job and now my car is in excellent condition. Thank you to Sacramento Collision Center.

Very upset with the service at this shop. One, they are lazy and disrespectful. They do not like hearing that they are wrong and they don't take responsibility for anything. My boyfriend had his car painted by them but had to take it in a second time because not even a week later the paint started chipping. The amount of time that they keep the car for is ridiculous , all in amount the car was in that shop for about two and a half months. They NEVER call back when they say they are going to. They insisted that they would call as soon as they got missing parts that they forgot to put on that was damaged in the vandalism that the vehicle received. We would weekly even after the car was released to see the status of those missing parts , yet still to this day they say they still haven't received any parts although they ordered them and it's been SEVEN months. Quite frankly I don't think they even ever ordered them. I do not recommend this place ONE BIT.

It was a nightmare getting hit by someone with no insurance; it turned to a worse ordeal because I was never expecting something like this to happen and I have a high deductible on my insurance coverage.
I went to Sacramento Collision Center to get a free estimate and start the process of repairing my car. They gave me an estimate and walked me through the steps to follow.
They help me with my deductible which was what held me up from getting my car repaired right away, it was an expense I was not expecting.
The repairs where all done in time and they dealt with my insurance.

I had used Sacramento Collision Center in the past and thought they did a great job.
Last month I took my Lexus to repair my bumper and was talked into having the entire car painted. When I went to pick it up, the bumper was not aligned correctly. I told them about it and they replied that it was an easy fix and they would call me the following week to repair it. They never called.
Part of the repair was to replace a strut that was damaged. They forgot to tighten the nuts above and my vehicle made a rattle when the road was uneven. Took it to the dealer and they found that the nuts were not tightened and that parts were left off of the bumper.
The Tire Pressure Sensors light came on when my vehicle struck the object. The repair shop replaced the rim and tire. However, when they returned the vehicle, the lights in the dash for the pressure sensor were still on. Had to take it to the dealer for them to reset them.
I ended up calling the Bureau of Automotive Repair and filed a complaint.

I am so happy with the work done on my car by the guys at Sacramento Collision Center. They turned my car back to a better shape than it was before the accident.
To make thing better they saved my Deductible and helped me get a good deal on a rental car while they were doing the repair work.
Usually auto body shops and mechanics have bad reputation and are know for bad customer service but I can't say nothing but good things about these guys and how professionals they are.
