Patrick, maybe overall you guys do a decent job. However, I wouldn't give my business to Prestige because of Olga. Since she sits at the front desk, like it or not, she is the face of your company because she is the first person your customer will encounter. I was originally referred to your company from a car wash in Huntington Beach that accidently damaged our car side mirror.
When I walked in and spoke to Olga she immediately started giving attitude saying that she did not know when a replacement part would arrive and that she didn't know when our car could be repaired (however, she later said that it would be a couple of weeks to get my car repaired).
In a competitive market, customer service can make or break your business. Unfortunately, due to my interaction with Olga I would be extremely reluctant have any body work performed at Premier.
Also, think about this... this incident occurred months ago and frankly I don't write a lot of yelp reviews cause I'm too busy doing other things. But I read your response and MADE time because of how rude and condescending she was.

On the most basic level they had me leave with both tail lights not working and one head lights. I want what you charged my insurance for? Own it, you guys do shabby work hit and miss. Mostly miss

I had my back bumper fixed by Prestige. They were awesome! Very helpful and fast! My car was finished earlier than expected. They have rental cars on site which was very convienent. Olga went the extra mile and made every effort to get me the lowest rate on the rental car. My car looks great, like new!! A+++ Thanks Prestige, I will be back if I need any more body work done on my car. :)

In my opinion this is the worst collision repair place in Orange County. If I could give them 0 Stars I would. Overall I would not recommend this place to anybody do not waste your time here because that's all they do is waste your time and give you attitude. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came because they are all true I found out myself.

This shop is Ok the customer Service was "Very BAD" when I called whom ever answered was not helpful at all very rude. Perry's Auto Body on the same street way better service they are at 6441 Industry Way you'll be happier using Perry's.
