Okay, so I'm calling around to Ford certified mechanics and dealerships as well as the direct "ford dealership owner relations" line in an attempt to get the most info I can after I received a recall Takata airbag notice. My son had planned to drive the car down to CA in a month to college and I was understandably concerned. Left a message regarding the above. GUESS WHAT! He called me at the end of his day to answer anything he could. No money in it, not a quote for upcoming work...etc. he even waited around for me to call him back when my home phone was dying and I had to borrow my son's cell to call back. I can also attest to his mechanical skills and fair prices as we brought our car there a number of times before my husband had a company car. Great business
