Todd works very hard and came highly recommended by other mechanics in the area when we outgrew them with our fleet. He has always given us high priority and provides excellent additional service such as recommendations on vehicles, using retired cars for parts etc.

If you get to talk to Todd and not the front desk person things always go over better. Todd is a hard worker and I believe when he is slow at the shop he does great work. Seems to be that he is understaffed and it takes them forever to get to your car and you won't get a update unless you call them a couple times. IF your aren't in a rush and don't mind waiting a week+ to get your vehicle this place isn't so bad.

I was told it would take 3 weeks - It took 3 months. I was told it would be under $500 - I was billed over $1000. All new brakes and they still don't work. I was told "Sorry, we can't do anything else." I finally tore into the wheels to make repairs myself. Old parts were left in the drums. New parts were bent. Shoes were out of adjustment and there was air in the lines. If Lockwoods works on your vehicle you better belong to the Vaseline of the month club because your going to need it!

My car was at Lockwoods several times and, on the last occasion, it was there for more than 3 weeks - and the problem is still not fixed. I found him to be evasive and untruthful about the work being done on the car. I finally retrieved the car which was in the position where I left it - and the battery was flat. I cannot recommend this auto shop.

todd is the most honest mechanic EVER.... he saved me so so so much time and money, he loves what he does, and it shows. the team they have is the best, most patient and understanding people in this industry. he dialed in our 1968 ford Galaxie 500, I swear it runs better today then when it was original from the factory.. Thank you guys..

I completely trust this team of mechanics. I has an estimate from another shop in town but lockwoods did the job for 1/3 of the price and in one day. The other shop even said I needed things done that I didnt need. Great service!

I left my Astro van to have the transmittion checked and the rear brakes done if needed. Told the service writer I'd be back in a week. The day I came back to town they made up some excuse the mechanic had an emergancy. Come on, a week? You used to get good service there, but I think they need an efficient service writer
