I was traveling through Roseburg when my battery died. We replaced the battery, but there was so much corrosion that the cable end was badly damaged. I wasn't sure if it was reliable enough to continue our trip. I spoke with Lindy and she told us to bring it right over. They were able to get us in and out within 10 minutes! They were so kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend them to anybody!!!

I just needed to go in for a noisy belt, which needed tightening. I called in on a Friday morning, and he fit me in at 4pm. When I arrived, it went quickly, and he only charged me $10. If he'd replaced my timing belt, it would've been free, but I had that done at a different shop.
Overall, I'm happy with the service, but it was a pretty easy fix, so I give 4 stars. If anything else goes wrong with my car, I'll go back to Brian.

I would highly recommend Brian...

I would highly recommend Brian's Import Auto for services. Brian and Lyndi are super friendly people. Their prices are very fair and I have never had any problems with their work quality or ethic. I will always Take my vehicles to Brian's Import Auto!

I have been taking all my vehicles to Brians since he took over the business. He has always been fair and professional. The cool part is I don't even own a Honda or Acura. He does all my maintenance on my Ford and Toyota!! So I guess my point is even if you don't have a Honda or Acura he is still fair!! Check it out you will be pleasantly surprized I'm sure!!!!

I love this shop! Traveling through Roseburg our battery died and needed to be replaced. We replaced it, but the cable end was badly damaged from the battery acid and I needed to have it looked at. They got us in right away and had it fixed within 10 minutes. We safely got back on the road. I highly recommend this shop!

I have been interacting with Brian's for many years now, starting out as a supplier of parts for his business, and more recently as a customer. Every experience I have ever had with him, or his wife, has been a positive one. They are very kind, and very flexible, and I feel that his rates are very competitive. He has never charged me for anything that wasn't needed, like many chain repair shops try to do. He is also very good at explaining the problem, what may have caused it, and how to prevent it in the future. All in all, I would recommend him to anyone needing work on a Honda or Acura without hesitation.
