Was a first time customer referred to Precision Automotive. Could not be more pleased with professionalism, price, and quality of work. If one word could sum up my experience it would be "trustworthy".
Had an older car that we needed to get running so that we could sell the vehicle. There could have been numerous things done to the vehicle, but Precision limited the work to meet what we wanted to achieve, no more, no less. Did not take advantage of the situation, and was honest.
After leaving the shop we took the car a couple of blocks away to have it detailed. The owner of the detail shop noticed that the carburetor began acting up. Knowing we had the car worked on at Precision, he called Precision and Precision did additional work on the car at no charge so that we could drive away from the detail shop without a problem. They care about their customers, and want them to be satisfied, and go the extra distance to make sure that happens.
Would recommend them without reservations!!!

Breaking down over a thousand miles from home can be a bit daunting. The folks over at Precision Automotive made it easier on me. While towing my car into town I did a search for shops since the closest shop to me wouldn't even look at my car for another two weeks. Precision Automotive was at the top of the search results. I made the call and they took me in without a hitch. I don't know if they were still there because of me or not, but I'm pretty sure I dropped the car off after hours and they were still at the shop... Either way, good by me!
I wish I had the time to fully fix the car, but they got my car put back together and diagnosed so I had a better idea of what was wrong with the dead motor. If I had been closer to home, I probably would have had them do the full fix.

A bit on the expensive side but solid quality work and worth it I think. They rebuilt my Subaru's engine, were very knowledgeable about it's issues and it's been great since. They have a very good reputation in the area which brought me there.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Everyone at Precision was absolutely wonderful to us. Our Cadillac broke down on our road trip to the Oregon Coast and they did everything they could to get it fixed (new fuel pump) and back on the road on the same day. Thanks to you our vacation continued on as planned. Precision saved the day!!!

I have had Precision do all my work for years now. They are very efficient, and trustworthy. I think I might have paid a little more than someone else however the warranty and peace of mind is well worth it.

To the mechanic who just "assumed" we knew about the car problem, next time you open your mouth, do me a favor, have the facts, be there at the moment you know the person knows about the problem Your accusing. Because you assumed we knew about the 2004 Ford focus problem "how could we not heat it," comment. Our family thinks my husband and I are liars. It's called gossip and a huge problem in this town. You didn't ride with us when we dropped it off with his mom so your guessing and have no 1st hand knowledge with your ears and I don't appreciate it. Next time you accuse someone be there I the moment before opening your mouth. Thanks

I dropped my car off there to get the AC looked at this summer. They called back and said it was done and ready to pick up, which I wasn't 100% on board with since they didn't call to say what was wrong with it and just charged the system. I went and picked it up and the AC worked great and my misgivings over not giving me a quote were forgotten...for about 3 days until the AC stopped working again. So I took it back into the shop and they said it was a leaky schrader valve, which they then replaced and charged me for and charged the system again. Well, it lasted one day and stopped working...again. Finally they said the AC compressor was busted and it would cost $750 to fix on top of the $250 I already spent doing nothing. If they would have explained that these "fixes" they did might not work, I would not have approved them. Instead they just did the work and told me about it afterwards, expecting me to pay for services that may very well not work. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

Precision Auto is the only place I've ever taken a car and felt completely comfortable. The mechanics are trustworthy, patient, and willing to work with the car owners. This is where I tell my friends to take their cars. It's an excellent business.

Dave and his team at Precision Automotive took great care of us and our Subaru. Good service and skilled mechanics. After we expressed some concerns about Precisions initial repair to our Subarus head gaskets, Dave told us to bring it in and he fixed the problem at no charge. He performed an exemplary service repair: very thorough and very detailed oriented, while communicating with us about every step in the repair process. We knew that repairing head gaskets on a car is a big and costly process. We are so glad we chose a local, reputable shop to do this. Precision really helped us through the the problem, and quickly and professionally responded to our concerns. Daves and his teams attitude showed us that they really care about their customers, and they want to see a job done well! We highly recommend Precision Automotive! Thank you!

After I moved to OR, had a coworker recommend Precision Automotive. And I definitely recommend them. As with any auto repair place, there were hiccups in some of the repair work. But the work was always completed satisfactorily. If I ever find a mechanic that doesn't have issues on occasion then I'll have met the best mechanic in the world. Nice folks who provide good/great customer service.
