Friendly staff, great price, and I was able to make an appointment go take care of some business and came back right in time for my car to be next. Now that's service. The wait was not long, and the inside waiting area was nice and much cleaner then other places I've gone.

I hate that they have a sign that says 13.95 oil change but he charged me 25 bucks. I understand there's wastes fees but those prices are no where near the same. On top of that the manager was very short when it came to talking to me. When another customer came in he was all cheerful and nice. I think it's because I'm young and he thinks I don't know what I'm paying for. Never again

if you want an honest mechanic who will give you great prices, come here and ask for tony the manager. i have been coming here for 6 years over 3 different cars between my wife and I. tony always gives me a straight answer and never pressures me into repairs i don't need.never had the same repair needed twice.Nothing but professional guys with great
yourself a favor and don't get the run around at the big chain shops lying to you for more money.i highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get good service from an auto shop for a change.

Every time I go in for an oil change, they always pressure me into replacing something that I know it doesn't need replacing to make me fork out more money. I now know for sure that's their business tactics. I'll never go back to these guys again.
Luckily, I found an honest shop recently who carries my preferred and manufacture preferred 5W-30 synthetic oil. Even with the synthetic oil, it was cheaper than Royalty Auto Service's regular 10W-30 oil.
The car I took to Royalty was my beat up zombie commute car, which I really don't care for putting too much money and effort into. This time, I had to service my "day off" car, so, I took it to another place I found with a good reputation. I would never think of taking my good car to Royalty after what I went through with my zombie commuter. Moreover, Royalty Auto Service charges too much for parts, as well.

I've been coming here over a year to get my car fixed and all I have to say is they totally have your back. Being a single female with no family in Las Vegas you expect to be bambozeld not with Royalty Auto they are honest friendly and get the job done with having your best interest in mind. Mike is awesome and will take good care of you.. Good luck

Stopped in for an oil change after work. Sign said $13.95 but when I went in and they asked what kind of oil I wanted, I told em the cheapest and they said they were out of it and the cheapest would be $20. I was already there so I said screw it and let them do it. People came in 20 minutes before they closed for an oil change and they turned them away saying it was too late. The customer service was horrible. I wouldn't go back to them.

BEST SHOP HONEST

My best experience with this shop was that they offered to returned all parts that they replaced on my car and the great prices compared to were i used to go... My son had been going to royalty auto on Jones blvd. Las Vegas, he always went there, they responded better than I expected, I am a single parent with 3 children and my budget was limited but royalty auto manager was able to do my brakes with out the high prices i was quoted by another shop... I am so glad I went to royalty auto service. You can say they are a true royal !
