In the past I did all of my own repair work. When it came time to have someone else take on this role for me, I was wondering how it would go. Dave and this business have treated me fairly and done good work each and every time. I highly recommend them.

Headlights stopped working. D.J. gave me an estimate over the phone of $70 to diagnose. Found the problem to be a bad headlight control module which is no longer available. Dave, owner, was able to find a used one, removed excess jump wires installed by previous repair shops, and got things working correctly again. Friendly, knowledgeable service.

BAIT AND SWITCH OPERATOR-
Had agreed on services with front desk operator, who assured me work would be done soon and reliably. Calls me back following day to tell me to complete job he would need and added 1.5 hrs labor., this after doing some of the job.
I came to pick car up and mentioned how disappointed I was with less than integrity bound service, especially after work /price had been agreed upon. He seemed to be disinterested in talking with a too bad sort of response. When I asked for my old parts, which I specifically asked be saved, I was told they were in the garbage.. POOR conduct, less than honest shop, STAY AWAY !

I will only take my vehicles to H.I.S auto , for the simple fact , they are honest ,,, and care about my satisfaction , Dave always explains the problem in a way , that I or my wife will understand ,,, I highly recommend this auto repair shop , if you want a crew that will treat you respectfully and intelligently , thanks all

If you want dependable, affordable care of your vehicle, His Automotive is the only place to go. And if you can"t stay at the shop while they do the work on you vehicle, they even provide a ride home. I don"t know of any other auto service that will do that.
