No guarantees on work

On the Evap leak in the fuel system. The computer said a code on it. Small leak. Rowly's in Bay City replaced the pump in the gas tank. The light came up again, and so did "small leak". So, i brought it back and they said that there was a small crack in the fuel line hose. Today, the light came back on for the same thing. If it were a small leak, is it possible that all of these things are leaking? I paid this guy $300 already, and they still didn't fix it.I had to pay for both visits For a "small leak'".I wish I would have went to the dealer

I called them to get a quote on a transmission pan gasket they told me 100 to $150 and made an appointment for 1 o'clock when I get there they have me waiting for an hour and put my truck up on the rack and then told me the price is going to be $237 now that they misquoted me and my price on the phone I told them take it off the rack what do you think I'm made of money and thanks for wasting an hour of my time I drove down the road to M&R Auto they're doing the job for $109 thanks for trying to rip me off Rally's Tire and Automotive :-(

We purchased two sets of tires with you in the past two years. One of tires bulged a sidewall. Your staff concluded that this was due to a road hazard without asking me or even going out to look at the tire. That is not helpful. I have replaced tires (and paid full price) in the past where I knew the damage was a road hazard. So I'm willing to do this when I know that a road hazard was the cause. But I'm not willing to just assume a road hazard when, in fact, it could be a manufactuing defect. On top of that, there was no offer to work with me on prorating the tire. I did appreciate the phone call, after the fact, with the offer to reduce the price of the replacement tire.

Great place to get your car fixed. I have been going there for the past couple years now, and they do good work. They will usually have me in and out in less than 2 hours, and wont recommend any of the extra things most car repair places will try to stick you with.

Excellent Customer Service! I went in for new tires and came out feeling relieved with a piece of mind. I really felt they were taking good care of me and my vehicle. Brent asked me questions in order to sell me the appropriate tires for me. My father, a tire critic, was very proud of the choice Brent picked out for me! Best tires in Fairgrove!! :)

GREAT SERVICE!! Brent helped me to choose a tire that fit my budget while also keeping the quality!! I went to three different stores and all of them just wanted me in and out.
