Understanding the difficulties...
Understanding the difficulties on today's small business owners, I usually try to give my business to the small "Mom and Pop" establishments. In this regard I have been a faithful customer to Precision Tire, both personally and professionally, for quite some time. But today I've learned that a faithful customer means nothing to this business. I was charged a little over $25.00 for five minutes of their time and the determination that "there is nothing wrong" with my tire (that was still loosing pressure as I drove off). Save yourself some money and do your business with Goodyear, where they fixed my problem and didn't have the heart to charge me again! Thanks Goodyear !

Precision earned my business for life this morning. My four year old son and I arrived this morning for our appointment to have two rear tires installed. Turns out we arrived a half hour early but rather than point that out or make us wait till our time they kindly took my key and promptly got to work on my vehicle. The waiting room is equipped with coffee (which any parent will tell you is the fuel we survive on!), cable TV, lollipops and tootsie rolls, a couple of toy cars, and plenty of seats. This all made the wait fly by and I am very grateful for that. The owners are very pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend this business!

Stopped just before quitting time in a pinch. In a recent camping trip our exhaust broke on our truck and we needed a repair to get us back in shape. The flange just after the muffler but before tailpipe broke and we were worried about it falling off into our airstream. Guys there cut the pipe and fastened it back on with pipe clamps. Couldn't be happier. Great people to talk to and clean tidy place as well. A+ in my book!

First time we went there because we thought our car door wouldn't close, turned out to just be frozen so they didn't charge us. Next time, we had to get it towed there because it wouldn't start. We were told it was the fuel pump, fuel filter, and fuel line. They had the car a total of 1 week. We called and checked up on it and the lady on the phone would page the mechanic but he wouldn't answer. Why couldn't she get up to go get him the next room over, I don't know. And they ripped up, not carefully removed, the speaker wires to I guess work on the car. My husband was saying it was fine because the wires only cost $8. I don't care if they cost $1, it doesn't make it okay for them to destroy it. But then they left the fuse in there which my husband told me was essentially a live wire. How dangerous!
